Mandaloun Restaurant — Restaurant in Yerevan

We got to the restaurant 3 adults one child, the cost is 10 000 AMD per person and free for children all you can eat and drink. Within the first 20 minutes, my son spilled coke on the table, we asked them to change the table cloth and they refused. Throughout the night a family friend of ours came, he only stayed for about 1 hour. The restaurant charged us for 5 people (child included), they also charged for the keptchup, the water (apparently the water is not included, but the Arak is, how does that make sense), the red wine (apparently, white is included, but red isnt). We’ve been to many restaurants in this city, so already at 10 000 AMD/person it’s expensive for Yerevan, but on top of that to charge extra without telling us, is unacceptable. The food is okay at best, we barely ate anything, we went for the atmosphere, but you should go to an a la carte restaurant instead. I never write bad reviews, but to be treated this way, is...

-Everything is excellent and wonderful, except for the ventilation, although there are a good number of sepalets. The food is fresh , testy,excellent and made according to its origins, especially Toshka,kibbeh naya, Yalanji, Kibbeh and Borek. As for the kebab and Tikka, they are accepted.

-Singer Hagop is very capable and his voice is strong and authentic. I wish him all the best, his voice is international.

The service is excellent.

-The sound of the band is too loud according to the size of the hall, and it needs to be tuned by the sound engineer.
