I had a great experience during my previous visit, with excellent food and service, so I decided to return. Unfortunately, this visit was quite disappointing (29/10/2024 around 7pm).
My younger sister was visiting from far away, and I wanted to take her somewhere special for dinner. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a very underwhelming experience.
I ordered the linguine pasta as my main dish, but what arrived was a noodle dish resembling udon. I decided to give it a try, but the noodles were undercooked, so I brought it to the attention of the staff. They apologised and said the floor staff thought I had asked for the noodles instead (I don't even know what kind of noodles they used for my noodles.) and assured me they would remake the dish. However, 15 minutes later, I was served a completely different dish—not pasta at all.
When I again asked the staff why the order was wrong again and reiterated that I wanted linguine pasta, they seemed flustered and said they misunderstood, thinking I had requested a different menu item entirely. This confusion was further compounded by the supervisor, who did nothing but observe the situation passively. It was hard to understand how the staff could confuse the order, especially since the menu only had one pasta dish. Later, they explained that linguine pasta was unavailable, so they had substituted it with a different type of noodle, which they hadn’t communicated earlier.
In addition, the floor staff seemed overwhelmed and kept making mistakes, such as dropping wine glasses and spilling food. Meanwhile, the supervisor, who seemed to be in charge, was sitting at a table using his phone instead of managing the situation. The whole atmosphere felt unprofessional and chaotic.
Given how much I enjoyed my previous visit and how much I wanted to share a good dining experience with my sister, this visit was deeply disappointing. I hope to see improvements in both communication and service...

We also decided to visit this place because it's new and we love to try new restaurants. The ambience is good. The food was good. But what turn us down was the service, the server was friendly, the aircon was blowing direct to my husband. My husband normally he's always easy in everything even it was not nice he won't say it. During that time he wants to table, when we came until we left the restaurant was more than half empty. So when they haven't serve any food we aske if we can move to just opposite table, (there were like 4 to 6 tables opposite that empty during that time and they were seperate table not long table so definitely not for a group), the friendly server unfortunately not empowered she had to ask someone. Read moreA terrible experience, poor customer service, elitist and rude. A friend of mine booked this place and paid a $80 deposit for a table outdoors. This was important as all of our friends have jobs where it is difficult to work from home and do not want to become close contacts. HNLY took her deposit held her credit card and booked her a table outside on the balcony. My wife in particular was really looking forward to dining and catching up with friends. Upon arrival at the venue my friend politely asked to be directed to her table as per the booking. Only to be told, “No, we had a larger group book the balcony area now so you will just have to have a table inside.” He explained that a table inside is not what she had booked and she was told “No we had a larger booking, you will have to have a table inside” She then explained that her group would have to go elsewhere. Where upon the waiter told her “Well you do you”. I would have thought an $80 deposit and credit card held would be able to book a table at any restaurant but apparently not.
