Mango Tree Motel — Hotel in Agnes Water

This motel is so centrally located that you are able to walk within 2 minutes to the beach, supermarket, many cafes and takeaways. It is ideal accommodation for someone looking for a kitchen to cook their own food, and a guest barbecue area for your convenience, great parking at the door of your room. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They offer a laundry service and sell great priced alcohol for house guests. Room start from $100 a night during week nights and discounts are available if you stay 3 nights. All rooms have kitchens. The rooms are clean comfortable and air conditioned. There is free wifi to house guests and a TV DVD player in each room. Also 6 Austar channels. They can accommodate up to 6 people in their family rooms. So convenient to everything in Agnes Water. Quite a lovely motel. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Staying in the family unit, the rooms were beautiful and clean; fresh and modern. Plenty of room and beds; with air conditioning. My only complaint is the bathroom. No fan, so it got steamy in the bathroom quickly; and the shower was raised from the floor, so some water tended to leak over. The free Wi-Fi was also incredibly slow, only 1 Mbps, enough for basic web browsing or social networking, but not for streaming YouTube or a movie. What a delightful gem this was on our recent visit. We stayed eleven nights and were soooooo well looked after. Sue, Louise and Rose couldn't have done more for us. Apologies for not getting the name of the other "Cinderella " who serviced our unit. We were so well located in walking distance to all the shops/restaurants at Agnes Water.
