This is definitely a beach for the longboards with a right hand point break that is great for beginners and intermediate surfers.

The signs say that stingers may be around from Nov to April but the lifeguards and locals said not to worry about them. It would be a good idea to take some vinegar with you just in case.

There are a few parks in the main Carpark but you may need to park a bit further away on a busy day.
