Very happy with the rooms kitchen. Room Well renovated, each bed has a powerpoint. Good unlimited wifi connection. Good size fridge, basic cuttlery and appliances are available. Parking area isn't too big but our utes managed to fit. I have noticed there are laundry facilities available. Most of the rooms(probably even all) won't have noise coming off the road. Room size isn't too big so I wouldn't recommend 3 people with 3 large bags to occupy one room. Otherwise 3 small suitcases can fit. Don't expect to hang up all of your clothes, the wardrobe is quite small. Shower pressure not perfect but I wouldn't complain as at my own house it's even worse :)

Awful experience - Would not recommend. Had a safety incident with threatening, abusive and violent behaviour from a man, with police having to attend. I was advised this is a common occurrence at the motel. I came back one day to find an infestation of about 40 dead blow flies in the bathroom and shower. Housekeeping came the next day and did not bother cleaning it properly. Housekeeping did a very poor job and did not refill things. I also had a large bug crawling on the bed. Stay away!!

Wonderful amenities for a great price! The motel has obviously been recently renovated and the double bed room we booked had a fully stocked kitchenette with a stove- we’d just need to do the grocery shop. A first in a motel for me! The room was clean upon arrival and the pool looked clean and well looked after (it was too cold for us to swim). I would definitely recommend to friends and family, and would consider the motel for future trips to Dubbo

Had the worst experience of my life. The woman at reception was extremely unfriendly when I arrived, and absolutely vile when I left. I booked 2 nights through Wotif, she had my booking but demanded I pay (again) as she said they (she rang the manager) hadn't received payment. I paid so as to get the room key, soon after found my Wotif receipt and also took a screen shot of the money coming out of my bank account. I suggested she contact Wotif. At one stage she said they don't use Wotif, than it changed to, we won't deal with them again as there is always trouble with payment. Got my refund but she rang me the next day abusing me that they still haven't got the money and she was going to charge me again, that I won't be getting free accom and she had been trying for an hr to get my Mastercard details but couldn't as she had no access to my acc (wt the hell). All the while, I kept telling her to contact Wotif. She must have finally done so because I get a sms from her soon after saying it had been sorted and I won't be charged again. When it was time to leave I went in with the key and wanted to know what was going on. We started to argue, me saying how do you not know how Wotif works and her telling me to get out or she'll call the police. It turned into a lovely slanging match after that. Incidentally, apparently Wotif pays the accom AFTER we leave which is why they hadn't received payment yet. I have used Wotif many times and there was never any problems...

We were offered a warm and friendly greeting by the manager and given the key to unit 6, which is pet friendly.|We spent four nights at this venue and the manager was at all times friendly.|We understand the manager can only work with the property she is supplied, and I do not wish the following comments to reflect on her.|When we opened the door to unit 6 the air conditioner was on, appreciated on a hot day.|There was a foldable little round table with two foldable chairs, all with thick dust on the rungs. When we sat on the chairs they made strange noises as though they were about to collapse.|There were sad brown curtains as the window, which we had to keep closed due to there being no privacy curtains.|The unit was designated as a dis-abled unit and the bathroom was very large. There was a shower chair available, but no where in the shower to put soap etc.|Also no space in the bathroom to put clothes.|The only lighting in the unit was from two large downlights.|The turntable in the small microwave did not turn.|Flooring is wood grain vinyl which looked drab and dirty.|According to the website the unit had a kitchenette, coffee machine, a desk, stove top, kitchenware and a sitting area. None of these was in the unit.|The door had paint missing and was dirty, as was the wall.|We paid $213 per night for this dreadful experience.|It is our understanding that some of the units had been refurbished, but this definitely did not apply to the unit we...

Sent the essential night workers for a stay in dubbo recently.||||Cooking facilities in room/s clean, bbq, laundry facilities open 24/7 and a walking distance to everything, which kept the lads happy.||||The job in town kept getting extended and the team @ Centrepoint were the most obliging team I have had the pleasure to deal with when booking accommodation, nothing was too much too trouble, they managed to keep the lads in the same room/s even though they were quite full. Working night shift, they slept peacefully during the day as staff kept the noise factor to a minimum. Centrepoint the lads will be back in the next couple of weeks, you are now our number #1 accommodation choice provider in dubbo||||Until next...
