5/5++++++– Above and beyond service with a personal touch! I can't speak highly enough of our stay at Hepburn Springs Motor Inn. Lisa and Dwayne were absolutely incredible hosts who went out of their way to make sure our group was comfortable and well looked after. Lisa kindly let me store the group's surprise cake in her own personal kitchen, and even allowed us to use their reception area for a group yoga session—which was so kind and really appreciated. We literally took over the motel. They handled our group’s party animals with so much patience and grace—never once complaining about the noise or the mess (which I can only imagine wasn’t small!). The rooms were spotless, warm, and spacious, and the location is perfect for exploring the area. Within walking distance of the Savoia Hotel and Hepburn Cafe, where we enjoyed breakfast. It honestly felt like staying with family. If you’re looking for somewhere welcoming, relaxed, and run by genuinely kind people, this is the place. We’ll definitely be...
Read moreHow special! Hepburn Springs Motor Inn management had turned on the wall heating unit prior to our arrival and we entered a warm toasty ground floor room. Room was typical hotel style with its brick wall and patterned bedspreads, but it was also spacious, very clean and comfortable. That wall unit was more than satisfying, generating ample heat. Reception staff were extremely friendly and housekeeping is obviously doing an excellent job. The motor inn is conveniently located near Hepburn Springs bathhouse (though its far too pricey these days to enter!) and walking distance to a few cafes, walking tracks, Rubens restaurant and the theatre next door. It's a quiet hotel, with parking at the door. When packing up the car management staff came out to wish us well on our travels and to invite us back again in future. Highly recommend this hotel for a warm...
Read moreGreat customer services. The old gentleman in the reception office was very kind to us and informative about the attractions and restaurants around the town. Free wifi. Plenty car park space. Excellent location if you want to visit the hot spring in the town, you can walk there. The room price was very competitive. Room was clean. Highly recommended and we’ll stay there next time.
One interesting incidence when we Check in: a lady walks in and queue jumped us to ask about vacancy when we doing our check in, without saying anything to us. Without saying any thank you to the gentleman works in the reception office, she walked out after knowing there is no room for her. Very rude. On the other hand the gentleman at the reception office was very kind and respectful, shows the good heart of...
