This mall truly stands out with its unique design and thoughtful layout. The entrance itself immediately caught my attention — it features a rotating door system that not only adds a modern touch but also serves a practical purpose. During my visit, it was raining heavily outside, yet the interior remained clean, dry, and welcoming. This clever design seems to effectively reduce the amount of dust and moisture entering the premises, which speaks volumes about the attention to detail in its planning.
While I was impressed by the design, I did have a small concern regarding emergency scenarios — particularly how the rotating entrance might impact evacuation speed during a fire or other incidents. That said, I trust the management has proper safety measures and evacuation protocols in place to address such situations.
As for the mall itself, it offers a wide variety of shops and services. A charming flower shop welcomes you near the entrance, and just to the left, you’ll find an inviting collection of eateries, including a pleasant tea and coffee spot. There’s also a barber shop, a Lotto outlet, and a gift shop for quick purchases.
Additional amenities include a medical clinic, a Victorian Hearing centre, and a dentist — making the mall not only convenient for shopping and dining but also practical for health-related needs. The washrooms were clean, well-maintained, and had a modern, almost unique design, which added to the overall positive experience.
In short, this mall delivers both convenience and comfort with a touch...
Read moreUpdate I contact Jenny who replied to my negative review, she was very proactive and advised she would again contacted the parking company and seamed upset about the way I was treated by the stand over tactics by the guy on the boom gate contact button. I hope they will amend their approach to movie goeres or mabe even provide validation system from the movie cinema. Time will tell if these are just words or actions would result. I will update if I find out changes really do happen.
Dont go to the movies at M-CITY parking Very upset at the agresive response at the exit boom gate. I had dinner and went to the movies at M-CITY Clayton last night, when I attempted to leave the boom gates would not open, I pressed the assistance button were I spoke to a very aggressive person who demanded to pay a fee, I explain that I went to the movies at the complete, he demanded payment, when I explained that a line up was forming behind him he again said too bad pay. I felt like he was a stand over man, when I asked to speak to a manager, he said ,I am the manager and again was agresive then disconnected, I tried pressing the button again and received no reply.

Read moreVery new, modern, and not fully occupied yet. As of May 2023, the shopping Centre is still not fully occupied, especially on the first floor/Village Cinema Centre area which is basically empty apart from a few eateries and the cinema complex. Mostly Asian Eateries. The Ground floor/main Shopping precinct is busier, but still not fully tenanted, not by a long shot. Main stores are Woolworths and Kmart, with lots of smaller shops, service stores, and eateries. Carparking at this stage is free and unlimited, although I suspect as it becomes busier and more occupied/tenanted, they will put time limits on parking and costs as at the moment it is an EXTREMELY popular parking place for students from nearby Monash University and the Victorian Heart Hospital. This centre is part of a residential apartment complex, Hotel and Medical suites, surrounded by mostly industrial properties, with no public parking more than an hour...
