The Nasi Goreng was packed with flavor—the perfect mix of spices, savory goodness, and a delightful hint of smokiness. The fried rice had a wonderful texture, and the addition of crispy prawn crackers on top added the perfect crunch. It's a must-try for anyone who loves a flavorful, satisfying meal.

Disappointing Experience at M-City PappaRich

Had a very underwhelming experience here today. The customer service was poor from the start, tables were dirty and we had to ask for proper cutlery, only to be told to use wooden forks and knives instead. Trying to eat roast chicken with flimsy wooden cutlery was incredibly frustrating, as it kept breaking apart. For a dine-in customers, it’s unacceptable not to provide stainless steel cutlery, especially when you’re charging a 15% public holiday surcharge and a 1.5% credit card fee well above what most places charge (usually 10%). The food was average at best and certainly didn’t justify the high surcharge or the poor service. Honestly, we should have gone to a different Paparich location. Never again at the M-City branch. I had the pleasure of dining at Paparich for lunch, where I ordered the Seafood Curry Laksa, and it was a truly satisfying experience!
