Gotcha Fresh Tea x Brioche - M-City Clayton — Restaurant in Melbourne

The drinks were alright but the one of the employees, a man who was working on Sat 11th August around 1pm was really rude to me. He apologized for it but I still think it should have been avoided in the first place. I tried to order a double herbal jelly soy milk drink with 25% ice, and 25% sugar. The man kept interrupting me when i was speaking didn’t let me get 25% sugar and forced me to get more. Like he refused to put 25% on the register. I don’t like drinks sweet. He kept trying to upsell me a bigger drink multiple times after telling him no. Just please let me order what I want. No issues with the other employees just he keeps ruining my experience everytime i go. Probably going to somewhere...

Update: big shoutout to staff working 1/12/22 afternoon. They provided superior customer services and would greet you with big smiles. Love it. Definitely gonna give credit to them.

Old review 5 months ago: Last time I had the signature Pearl, it was great and everything. So I went back for a second time.

But this time I ordered 2 drinks, both with regular sugar.

One of them is tasteless and taste like no sugar was added at all. While the other one is way too sweet to drink. I seriously doubt that they put 2 sugar in one cup and forgot about the other. It was quite upsetting after all!

I wish they can have more consistent quality control over...

We were there yesterday to get the buy 1 get 1 free mango yogumoji. There was a long line, I thought it must be good. But to my disappointment it tasted just like plain yogurt drink with bursty and it has barely any mango taste. When compared my drink to the photo in their menu, it was obvious that the mango puree was missing.😐 Was that the penalty for not paying full price? And what's the point of having that promotion? What a shame! They have such pretty and cute packaging and their other fruit tea drinks tasted good too. I could have given...
