The apartment was nice in the photos, but my partner and I had a bad experience and ended up leaving a night early... There was dust all over the back of the tv, the chairs in the kitchen were not clean, the cupboard above the stove was sticky, the fan & light above the stove didn’t work, there was dried urine behind the toilet (which we could smell immediately as we entered the bathroom), the desk in the spare room was not clean, which wasn’t a big bother but we were just shocked at how something advertised as clean was anything but that. It was evident the effort put towards the cleanliness overall was lazy. My partner did complain to reception & someone came up to clean the bathroom, but all the cleaning service did was spray freshener in there because everything was exactly the same... They asked my partner if dust bothered us, which was not a professional way to handle a situation like that. My partner was refunded parking and they said if we left that night, we would not have to pay for that night. So we packed our stuff and left. No refund for the first night understandably (we only booked for a weekend, VALENTINES weekend). Disappointed with the service.

Can’t even rate this place, firstly we checked in and was told there was a slurpee stain on the floor, entered the room, couch was stained, 2 bdrm apartment was so small we had 4 adults staying and couldn’t even fit luggage in the second bedroom, bathroom was tiny couldn’t put toilet back anywhere. Toilet leaked, was not clean, no face washer supplied. They took a $300 bond and took 4 weeks to return it. The car park was a nightmare, you had to enter via a lane way at the back then go through a lobby to a lift then from that lift into another lift, they charged $30 per night and the underground car park smelt like a tip, the stench was unbearable. To check out of the car park you had to call them and they came to get your keys. The location was ok, but any hotel in melbourne is a good location, do your self a favour and spend your money in a nicer hotel for the same amount of money they are charging. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to stay here and would never stay here again

Average. Plenty of things to improve such as the guest reception area where there were no seats at all. When you booked and get there, you have to ring them up until someone comes down to assist you. For the young ones or backpackers it could be alright, but for adult who cannot tolerate standing and waiting, you need to bring a lot of patience here. You can hear the strong wind whistling at night if you are at the highest floor like 30th to 60th floors which was annoying. If you need another room spare key, you need to deposit $150. The room interior, appliances and view outside were good.

OK so I read all the reviews before arriving and honestly I was worried. If there is something negative people comment on it quickly and the good reviews are ignored. ||||I booked by bookings.com and got a great price for a 2 bedroom apartment in what I consider to be the ideal location in Melbourne. you are within a minute of Trams, buses and Trains. ||||I questioned parking via the bookings.com website and response was fairly slow so I was about to cancel as all the False negative reviews and the slow response scared me.||||The day before we arrived I received a SMS with details on checking in including photos and when I asked a few questions replying to the SMS I would receive a response in seconds.||||Checking in was painless the and lovely staff met me and my family at the lift and escort me to the office to finalize the paperwork, collect keys and direct me to the car park at the rear of the building. Staff where super friendly and everything was good . I read someone complained about bond which was $100/night, I travel around the world regularly pre Covid for work and that is on par with everywhere I normally stay.||||The Room: we had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 63rd floor, lifts where fast and the room was great. the kitchenette and bathroom where spotless. the beds & pillows where very comfortable the tv had Netflix and Wifi was nice at 50/20mbps with 19ms latency so perfect for anything you wanted to do. The couch was comfortable and the views where some of the nicest in Melbourne. The floors especially under the bed needed a clean but if someone else hadn't of complained I never would of looked under the bed and the bed them self where super clean. only other thing was a couple of door stops where missing their rubbers and there was a bit of plaster missing in the corner of one of the rooms. However these are minor complaints and there is a vacuum in the room.||||having a family of four we accumulated a fair bit of rubbish and the bin in the room is tiny, however at the lift which you use regularly there is a garbage shoot select recycle or waste and its all gone so no need to pile up any rubbish and you can keep the room as tidy as you keep your home.||||the pool, spa, sauna and gym are on Level 33, I can't comment on the gym as i'm not a gym type of person but the pool, and spa where awesome and kept the kids happy on the hot days.||||Check out was super easy you just leave the keys on the table and lock the door or in my case I needed them to exit the car park and you ring the reception as you drive out and they meet you at the carpark exit and collect keys.||||The Building itself is residential apartments but looking around i'm guessing about 75% are rental apartment ran by 3 different companies. every person we interacted with in the pool area was staying as an apartment guest and everyone seemed happy.||||My family and I holiday in Melbourne at least once a year and we will be back. The Value for money is amazing and I couldn't be happier.||||Now before you complain look at the price you are paying, don't expect the penthouse at the Hilton if your paying for the basement at the...

Your sleep may be disturbed by the IRRITATING NOISE. You will also experience the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE when you encounter any issues and want them to resolve them. I stayed here for 4 nights from 26/6/2022 in room#2306. I strongly suggest you to avoid this accommodation due to:

NO SLEEP due to NOISE My family could not sleep at all on the 3rd and 4th night due to the serious noise. Cracking sound, rusty door squeezing sound and heavy duty spring bouncing sound from 11pm to 7am.

I have records of the noise. Anybody plan to stay here, better to listen it first before making a payment.

RUDE STAFF I reported the issue in the morning and the answer was that the noise was caused by the BUILDING SHAKING, but it is OUT OF THEIR SCOPE so that there was NOTHING THEY SHOUD DO. I also sent records of noise but no response after that. I rang the staff in the evening as noise was still coming from the ceiling, however the staff was so Conversation Me: Did you find any solution regarding the noise issue? Staff: No solution here. What solution do you suggest? Me: I have no idea, I just want you to resolve the noise issue as we could not sleep at all and I still can hear the noise. Staff: Building is safe and there is nothing to do. Me: Have you listened the noise record which I sent to you? It was very serious. Staff: No. I forwarded it to the building manager. Me: Have you talked to the building manager? Aren't there other people complaining about this? Staff: No. You talk to them and ask them directly if you want. They are...

The location is good, free tram right out front into the City, Woolworths supermarket right across the road, and a few cafes which are open - but only during the week. Weekend is dead at this part of Docklands. ||The booking, check in and instructions were 10/10 - cannot fault the customer experience.||The room was tiny - a tiny apartment but adequate for our needs and the inclusions were good. ||My gripe and reason for low rating is the bed situation and cleanliness.||The ‘king’ bed (two singles pushed together were clearly old and well used. One side had a mattress protector, the other side did not- and the mattress clearly had blood and vomit? Stains on it - visible through the sheet! The pillows did not have pillow protectors and were stained yellow. ||It was too late at night to rectify so I spent the night on the sofa. Reception were contacted and the bed was remade with a mattress protector - I advised it was unhygienic and needed replacement. They said they would after we check out. I hope they do! ||In all, some more attention to cleaning wouldn’t go astray! Eg, vacuuming - carpets looked like they had not been vacuumed, the vacuum in the place had no suction. ||Didn’t know what yo think of the pet protector over the couch - kind of ruined the ‘cute’ decor…. I’d focus more on bed than couch if I was them! ||Also, on a very windy night the high pitched drag of air/wind noise was very annoying, impeding sleep. A towel at the base of entry door fixed that. ||Would I stay again…. Because of the mattress - a big no. As for the facilities and location it’s a shame as it’s a good...
