As someone, that lives a van life on weekends, Batman Park is a great choice when you want that break but can't get out of town. There is I drive way with no signage that you can't enter but you can place yourself right in the park set yourself up and enjoy, if you are after a cuddle and some romance, wanna kick the ball with your mates or take the kids for a picnic good for all, the choppers come in frequently which is exciting but can also be annoying after several landings and take offs, trains go overhead and are noisy too, so I felt free to let loose of my twin subwoofer and some even had joy and shared some moves. Good mix of people incl. the disadvantaged which I prefer over the rest as they are real not fake. So...
Read moreThe park itself is alright however the carpark lot north of it under the railroad is a local hotspot for predominately caucasian violent youth troublemakers who spontaneously rock up there to have a fight amongst themselves but will not hesitate switching target to a random passer by if looked at for one second too long, and at night the violence spills out into the park itself targeted at homeless people so caution should be exercised while trespassing there since if you get in their way at wrong time these youth gangs will not think twice before...
