From the moment we arrived at Mansfield Ski Lodge, we were wrapped in warmth—not just from the cozy fireplace, but from the beautiful souls who welcomed us. John the manager, Paul, and all the lovely members made us feel like part of a big, snow-loving family. Absolute hidden gem. This was a last minute booking and booked a room with private bathroom. From the moment I walked in the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. The view was amazing overlooking Standard run and for miles. Just gorgeous to sit with the fireplace keeping the room toasty and a glass of wine or coffee in hand. Very convenient to skiing out in the morning onto Standard. Or walking to ski school and that chairlift to start your day. Its proximity to Breathtaker was good if you want to buy a meal or watch footy. However dining in is a dream with the great kitchen and so many communal things available to use. My recommendation is to bring meals to have in the lodge, perhaps steaks to throw on the bbq. You won’t regret choosing this lodge....

Our favourite place on Mt Buller for overnight stays. I can easily say that we are regulars here now. Great atmosphere! This cozy lodge with beautiful views and fireplace right in the heart of the lodge will make you fall in love with it. This place have everything you need - clean rooms for good rest, large common kitchen area for cooking your favourite like at home meal or of course some mild wine to warm your winter nights, lounge area by the fire where you can enjoy yourself or have some fun with family or friends and much more.
