On the other hand we found the village shuttle (related service) having deliberately low staff numbers on a Sunday afternoon when anyone wanting to get back (from Skiing) to accommodation to change and go home waiting 45 mins at the stop for one solitary shuttle servicing the whole village! You have got to be kidding, people were just giving up and trudging through the snow with exhausted kids in tow.

Very friendly service from the experienced team under stressful circumstances. It can get busy and hectic but they hold the fort with the grumpy visitors after a long drive, well that was me anyhow haha 😂 if you haven’t been here before, you drop your bags off, then you follow the van to drop your car off in the car park and they drive you back. Too tip is to get the kids/partner to line up whilst your gone as it takes awhile to move up the queue. Relax...
