How can a seemingly fresh jam donut, straight out of the deep fryer be so hard and stale? Definitely not cooked fresh. I tried the cinnamon donuts on my last visit and they were not lovely and fat and were also expensive. I would not recommend any of their donuts, they are just not good. I won’t be going for a third try.
In response to the owners comments. My first visit to Snonuts was for cinnamon donuts. The donuts were very thin and not great. I took them back to let them know straight away and they remade them exactly the same. I ate the jam donut straight away and it was hard and stale. A large number of the bench tables had ice/snow on them so you couldn't sit there. I acknowledge this may not be the responsibility of the staff that work out of the food truck but its this kind of lack of attention to detail/lack of effort that's frustrating and uninviting. If you don't care about this kind of thing and just there for the food, I highly...

A few days later my daughter wanted to purchase 20 donuts for a family get together and noticed on the menu board that 12 cinnamon donuts for &24.00 or if you want 14 they would cost $26.00, when she went to order 20 donuts we were told that would cost $42.00, now how does that work, 14 for $26.00, for an extra 6 you are asked to pay another $16.00....
