The joy of summer is upon us dear readers, the hot sweaty days the hot nights, the joy of it dear readers, but what is even more amazing in summer ICE CREAM!

And let me tell you, Cold Rock.....Rocks. LoL's the creamiest ice cream, the biggest selection of flavours, the most yummies mix ins, my family and I attend it when we have dinner together or when my mum's have a birthday. Cold Rock is such and amazing treat, and brings back so, so many childhood memories of ice cream with my mum and dad.

And the customer service is second to non, the young ice cream wizard's, are so very welcoming and laugh at my silly sense of humour. So come on come all, families and friends, treat yourself, treat others Cold Rock, will rock your...

Had a closed sign in door even though they were open. When I went in and said to them that I’ll turn the sign to open for them… they were a bit shocked and one of them said… “sorry, we were just busy”

Putting a closed sign up so they don’t get customers is pretty poor!

The ice cream and shakes were great (as usual) but unfortunately the service is pretty bad.

also the menu is very misleading… maybe put “from $9” instead of … Loaded Shake - $9 cos we ordered one of the loaded shakes that came up on the menu and it ended up being $11.70.

We never added any extras, we just ordered the caramel coma (which was on the menu) but apparently those ones are extra, even though it says right next to it -...

Really sweet! Like literally! I was searching for a good 5-10 minuites for wizzfizz and its not an option on menulog... That is one of my favourites so I felt heartbroken.. Thought I was not looking properly! So I left a note saying "where is wizzfizz sherbet?" Not really expecting a responce. Once my order was delivered, to my greatest amazement there was a packet of wizzfizz on top with a note "There you go :)". I have to say Thank You!! Been one of them days and wanted icecream.
