I booked 2 weeks in advance for a Christmas eve dinner with my family i called and explained that it will be a special dinner and we were coming from Melbourne I got the booth that I asked for that was lovely The waitess took.our drinks order and that's where the decent service ended From there it took over half hour to take our food order and only because we called the waitress over Once that was taken it took over half hour to get our food we only had 6 on our table . My granddaughter ordered the fish and chips which was over done dark but couldn't be bothered sending it back as it was getting late Once we ate we sat with dirty dishes for another half hour trying to get a waiters attention to order coffee and dessert and have our table cleared I finally gave up and went to the bar to order by that time all we wanted was to get out of there as we had a long drive home to Melbourne 3 waiters and a full restaurant of large tables pk6s th3 bar area absolutely ridiculous We dine out often and i have never come across such terrible service I understand that they were short staffed to the point of ridiculous but we did not evan get an apology the 3 waiters just running past and trying not to make eye contact so they wouldn't get stopped I will not return used to be...

Have been here before and although a little pricey the atmosphere and quality of the food more than compensated for it. Last time we came it was a different story. Things started off badly when we were greeted by waitress who didn't want to be there and made sure we felt the same way. Next I ordered the Porcini Mushroom Risotto. If you call a dish a Porcini Mushroom Risotto the Porcini mushrooms have to be the star of the dish not just a few slivers among the rest of the vegetables with their flavour barely discernible, very disappointed. During dessert someone behind the bar decided it was time to clear out the glass bottles and for over 10 minutes proceeded to drop bottle after bottle into a metal bin. Dropping glassware can set your teeth on edge but enduring 10 minutes of it is a joke. The manager needs to review their product and service delivery bearing in mind they are in the Hospitality not the cattle...

Well I would have to say this would be the worst meal I've had in a long time,thier were 6 of us there for Dinner ,I ordered pan fried chicken on galic potato and a creamy sauce I started to eat the chicken straight away I thought it a bit unusual taste,I think it was passed its use by date ,the waiter took it to the chef he said it would be the cheese inside the chicken fillet well I couldn't see any cheese at all ,anyway the waiter said did I want another one said no I'll have a sweet instead better than nothing I ordered the sweets Chai panacotta don't know why they call it panacotta was nothing like it ,was as hard as I couldn't eat it all ,so disappointed didn't even check to see if I had got the free desert just paid ,and for what I ended up paying for six people ,was not value for money...
