Lime Leaves had some of the best tasting Thai food I've had for a long time. We were the first customers in, however by no means were we the only customers. Phone orders and takeaway was already abundant at opening time (5pm). Inside was a well presented dining area and a bar, which was stocked with our drink of the evening: Lychee Cider. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to try it as it isn't too sweet and easily enjoyed. For our dinner we had the Red Duck Curry and Mussaman Curry with Coconut Rice. Both the meals were delicious. They had rich flavours, were beautifully presentated and we left very satisfied. For dessert we had sticky rice with Mango (my partner said it was amazing) and I had black rice pudding which was also quite nice. We were surprised that with entree, main and dessert it only came to $100. This is more than reasonable given the quality of food and the service provided. After our dining experience, I felt I could have been rolled home. 10/10 will roll out of Lime Leaves again.

I used to love the food from Lime Leaf, but the quality has dropped to an unbelievable low. I ordered cashew chicken and pad kee mao, along with a few other dishes, and was thoroughly disappointed. The noodles were clumped together like dough and completely lacked flavor. The cashew chicken had only two cashews, the chicken breast pieces were thick and dry, and the carrots and zucchini in the curry were practically raw. Extremely disappointing—I wouldn’t recommend it.

We have been in the place twice..food were really tasty though serving was not that generous but it was enough for a meal. If you want more, you need to order more so better order different variety of menu/dishes. The second time we went, we knew what we are supposed to order so it was a quick order, eat and go. Though the waiting was longer than we went there for the first time. Highly recommend if you want delicious food, friendly staffs and cosy environment.

Possibly one of the worst experiences of my life, waited 30 minutes to have our order taken after asking them to do it twice. Had to re order our drinks after 15 minutes, food then came an hour after we had arrived. Order came out incorrect, and we were charged for their mistake, They ended up trying to charge us 40 dollars for one serve of fried rice. We had already ordered desert as a part of the banquet which hadnt come 45 minutes after finishing dinner. At this point we insisted on a discount due to poor service, we were offered a pathetic five percent discount and made to feel guilty as the waitress said her manger told her she would have to pay the difference herself. We asked to speak to the manager, who arrived at our table after being asked two more times and waiting another 15 minutes. The manager arrived at our table with two police officers who stood there trying to contain their laughter at this trivial situation. After explaining to the police officers the story, they insisted on leaving as they had more important issues to tend to, the manager then told us the best she could do was %20 off not including the take away containers which she charged at a dollar each.

Worst bit: We never got our icecream and topping

Recomendation: check out their monday night dinner and accomodation deal: purchase a banquet for four and receieve free accomodation in Queanbeyan police...

Was very busy when I walked in with my partner, lots of takeaway orders coming in and out and new patrons coming in, but the 2 male waiters were running around looking very busy, clearing tables and taking orders without a pad which was good to see. From the time we came in we were sat and eating with our full order and drinks within 15 minutes! We ordered the pad thai, tom yum, and jungle curry, and if you like anise flavour go the jungle curry, was very delicious. I only put 4 stars because I think the pad thai, tho delicious, would do good with a little bit more tamarind (in my opinion) and it wouldn't hurt to put 1 more person on the floor over busy periods to give everyone more time to carefully cater to everyone, one waiter forgot the vodka in the vodka lemonade we ordered, but he came over quickly and fixed it up no problem, he was obviously very busy and was an easy mistake. All in all was a nice dining experience, food we got was good portion size and very yummy, quick service and...
