Conveniently located near the town centre and not right in it (within walking distance). It is just next door to ‘The Big Rig’. The room is very spacious and the beg is very comfortable. It has a separate living room area. Although they do not service the rooms everyday, (only on the 4th day), they’ll do it upon request. There’s also the BC’s (Thai and Western) restaurant attached to the motel - very convenient. (Restaurant isn’t opened on Sunday though).

Was there recently. Believe it or not there is not a SINGLE cutlery in the room. See pictures attached. This is the BASIC items that every motel room should have. There is a list of items that SHOULD be there but the cupboards were empty. Just because there is a restaurant attached, doesn’t mean that everyone wants to eat Thai! No plates, no forks or spoons. Shame that someone can run a motel without providing all these basic items. Shame on you!

Road trip from Brisbane to Roma for the first time for race day. Loved the trip. Golf at Dalby, Wheat/Grain fields and Silos all the way up as well as Road Trains. New Wind farm about to be turned on, and Cowboys and Cowgirls around the place. Grat meals and amazing weather. Fab trip.

This hotel was the best in Roma, and 10 years later it’s still the best! I used to stay here often for work years ago and was excited to be in Roma recently and enjoy this hotel again.

Sadly the Restaurant was closed so I can’t confirm that it’s still as good, but I looked through the menu and realized the high class meals offered were still among the best. Fine dining major city quality (Paris, London, Melbourne style)

It was like going home for me. I got into that big bed and slept rock solid for 8 hours straight! The bed had no lumps or dents in the mattress, sheets were high quality.

The pool looked gorgeous, the water was not too cold and clean. Lovely furniture to lounge on and beautiful tropical feel and look towards the bar restaurant.

This accommodation is more of a Hilton hotel quality than a best western. I stay in hotels all over the world as a flight attendant so I think I’m able to provide good comparisons. My husband works all over the world as an engineer and agreed. (He stays in even more exclusive hotels than I do)

Very comfortable and relaxing. My husband was worried about the noise of traffic on the highway but I assured him that you might here it, but it won’t worry you. And yep....it’s only very slight but won’t disturb your sleep at all. Cars trucks go past in very low speed, you just rarely hear...

When I arrived the receptionist was nice and friendly. I went to the restaurant for dinner which was very disappointing. It's Thai cuisine and I ordered chicken and cashews, thinking it would be a nice stir fry. My meal was awful. I checked with the waitress just to make sure I got the correct dish. She told me it was a Tom Yum base, I think the jar fell onto the plate. My meal was inedible and I told them when I went to pay for my meal. The waitress darted off and got the lady from the front desk involved and said that I was refusing to pay for my meal. I said I didn't say that at all, and was just giving them my feedback. Later on the lady from the front desk phoned my room and offered a free dessert or breakfast which I declined. I did get $10 off my room when I checked out. When I was showering I noticed there was old shaving cream in the corner of the shower. Maybe the waitress is the cleaner....lol! I definitely won't be staying here when I...

Best Western as a brand probably considers itself on the higher end of budget friendly options however most properties are old and in need of some referb and this is no different. So whilst the decor and furniture was looking worn it was clean and acceptable for a nights stay. The pool was crystal clear and refreshing after a long drive. The bathroom was large enough for a family of 4 and it was nice to have some space in the room. Parking was ample and location was walking distance to the Big Rig however you might need to drive to the main part of town. The restaurant was closed for the Summer so I can't comment. If you need somewhere to lay your head for the night it's fine. For a longer stay I might...
