Golden Dragon Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Roma

I was staying overnight in Roma and ordered take-away from the Golden Dragon. I paid $75 for a not so good meal. 1 large special fried rice; it was gluggy, you could not separate any grains of rice as they were glued together. Very little in the way of any sort of vegetable and absolutely no flavour. I had Mongolian beef. It did have flavour with lots of vegetables but most of the beef was so chewy my teeth could not cut through it. The other meal was braised garlic prawns. Five prawns in all, could have done with more garlic (personal taste). So, overall, nothing to write home about. No, I did not tip the delivery man as the charge for delivery was $8.50. I do not mind paying for delivery, as I do know how expensive fuel is these days, and I did appreciate having someone deliver our food, as we had had a very long days drive behind us I we were too exhausted to take...

The most unauthentic chinese food i have eaten. Special fried rice was bland, soggy and had about 5 tiny tinned prawns in it. Honey chicken was 9 pieces of overcooked chicken breast in a very soggy inedible batter. There was more crunchy noodles on the plate than chicken. Had to wait for server to seat us and then again to pay the bill. Restaurant walls lined with old shaggy red carpet which is not a nice feeling to eat next to as I am sure that a restaurant wouldn't be vacuuming their walls every night after service. Booked in to this restaurant and was told this was the place to go if you like Chinese . We booked and arrived there and they walked us to the table . We sat there for 20min and not a waitress on site that came to service us . We were excited about having a drink and dinner my partner made eye contact with the waitress and totally ignored her .
