We stayed in the 2 bedroom appartement with 3 persons. The location of Avenida Mountain is nice, close to the supermarket and ski facilities. The hotel has the opportunity to dry the ski shoes in a locker and park the car safely underground. There is a free mini bar. A pity there were only two instead of three cans, while they knew we checked in with 3 persons. The rooms are oké, a bit messy with stains on the walls and damage at the headboard of the bed. Wearing white socks, turning black in 5 minutes, the floor is dirty. The Rituals is delicious and the shower good! The housekeeping service is not that great, they move all your stuff but forget to do the beds. We stayed in our pyjama in the cold night for 45 minutes because the fire alarm went off in the whole building but there was not even a moment of saying sorry. We did not sleep anymore after that so the next day on the mountain we were really tired. When we told the nice lady all this when checking out she just said "thanks for telling". We enjoyed our stay but we regret the fact that they do not provide some kind of compensation. So in our defense we write this review.. 'thanks...
