We travelled from Australia with a baby and specifically chose a place that could offer convenience such as room service and restaurant, even though the price was more expensive than other places.
The front door did not work for most days that we stayed there so every time I wanted to go to the room, I needed an attendant to open the door. The attendant taught me a magic trick, which required some force. A functional door is a standard feature for any accommodation. No need for magical tricks - just general maintenance.
The fridge was not working for most days too. Before we booked the room, it was indicated in the pictures that there was a self-contained kitchen. While my partner travelled for work, a fridge was a necessary for us so I could cook and feed my baby. The groceries that we bought for the week was spoiled so I had to throw it away.
Room service required an app to be downloaded. I ordered pastries, a pizza and beer. Knowing that there was a vending machine below that sold beer for 2.50 euros each, I opted for room service because I also needed food. The attendant delivered 2 beers for 8 euros and no food because it was unavailable. The attendant or restaurant did not notify me that the food was unavailable before delivering the beer AND THEN CHARGED ME 10 EURO FOR SERVICE FEE. WHAT!! I could have walked 5 meters and saved 13 euros (AUD $20). The attendant then told me what food was available and that I'd have to order through the app and be charged a service fee again. This is a business model is based on taking advantage of their patrons!!
My family discussed this with the attendants and owner and they offered us a cocktail.

Read moreWhere do i start. Picking this place was a horrible mistake on my part, and then it goes worst. Me and my girlfriend drove from Vienna and arrived late in the evening around 10pm. Tried to check in and realized that it was a machine that checks you in. Unfortunately, the machine was broken and we were stuck outside for awhile till a gentleman, who's a friend of one of the staff at the hotel helped us. After an hour ordeal, we finally managed to get a room code to get into these new keyless rooms. After a long day, we finally managed to take a shower and got ready for dinner to realize that most places are closed for dinner. We tried using the hotel free wifi to realize that the room we got doesn't have reception since it's the corner unit. The signal wasn't strong enough from our room. We didn't have a choice but to eat at the hotel bar downstairs. Since it is just a bar, the only food we could order was a packaged frozen pizza. The lady was nice enough not to charge us for the pizza due to all the hassle we went through. We went back up to the room to watch a movie to find that there's no cable for the tv. Glad it was only a night. At least the bed...
Read moreWe stayed here for one night during our journey to Italy. We had a room no. 101. The room itself is very nice, modern and clean. Same is valid for the bathroom which is also quite big. Towels and bath and hair shampoo is provided. Location is also quite ok, it's 10min walking distance from the lake, restaurants etc. Nevertheless there is one reason for which we PROBABLY WON'T RETURN... We did not sleep very well. Firstly the mattress is very soft and secondly there was a loud music from the bar which is part of the object. The noise from the motorway is acceptable if you want to decrease the noise choose room with a balcony which is on the opposite side from the motorway. And last tip for those who booked the room via booking.com and have no internet access - copy your reservation/booking no. as the wifi does not work before check-in and nobody is here to help you with...
