The place looked busy and smelled delicious - grilled steak outside - cannot go wrong! Firstly we were greeted by a server who told us to wait a moment, in the mean time diners who came in after us were being seated by other servers! There is a buffet bar for salads, bread, and other foods to be used as a starter and you can go here as often as you like but this was not explained to us by the server - we had to ask! I ordered a very well done rump steak with a 'jacket- potato and garlic butter. The steak was still bloody and the potato was not a jacket - it was an oven steamed helf potato and the garlic butter was green - herb and garlic. I asked for my steak to be cooked for longer. It came back 5 minutes later but my potato now had sour cream poured on it which i had already said no to so they took it away again and for the 3rd time served me a steak. It was eventually edible but the experience of having to retuen food is upsetting to me. I would not...

Quite disappointing considering the good reviews this place has. We went for lunch and ordered the rib eye steak four times medium done. When we got the food we had the unpleasant surprise of having all our steaks medium rare, much closer to the cow still being alive than actually a medium. The beef was not tender but rather chewy and full of hard fibers which was a clear indicator of how poorly the meat was prepared. The fat on the meat was intact and had not melted at all, so both things conisdered we were barely able to cut through the meat. They also serve 330 to 350 grams of stake with nothing but half a baked potato which is obviously not enough in terms of sides for such a large piece of meat. 220€ for four people thrown out the window for one of the worst experiences we had while visiting...

When we entered in this restarant. There was full of good smell inside. So I expected to have a good dinner. But at the first time, I disappointed staffes yelling a word each other. They taunted 'Chinese!, Chinese!' Even though we are Korean. So I was uncomfortable, because I felt that they ignored Asian people. If they don't want to see an Asian, they have to make a notice. And also they gave the house beer to another Europeans, but said us 'house beer are all sold!' So I didn't want to eat anything there. My colleague ordered just alone, although they offered buffet with a menu. Maybe they thought that we are poor. I don' t care. I regret that I thought 'Every Austrian is very kind and alway smile at me. But beyond...I don't want...
