As we arrived, we came across several problems, one by one, and I found myself spending endless time contacting the person in charge and trying to fix the problems by myself. We felt really disappointed from this place and the difference from what we saw on the web to what we actually got. Examples:
It begun with an unpleasant smell that we met when we entered the place, I don’t know its origin, but maybe it was related to the food “leftovers” we found in the freezer.
When we wanted to use the washing machine. I contacted the representative and asked if the washing machine was also a dryer, because we didn’t see any dryer. The man at first said that there is no dryer, only a hair dryer, afterwards he said he was mistaken and the machine is also a dryer and told me what button to press. I did what he said, only to discover in the morning that the clothes are still wet… and there was no place to hang them to dry.
We wanted to make ourselves some dinner, but after preparing the food it was almost impossible to eat there, since the dining area was extremely tight. It may fit for maybe one or two persons, certainly not a family of four.
When we wanted to send the kids to take a shower, I noticed that the shower glass door was out of the rail, it was dangling and almost falling from its place. I informed the man that it is very dangerous and he said he will send someone to check it the next day. I spent some time but finally managed to fix the door, so we could take a shower safely.
Only then, we found out that there is no hot water. I contacted the man and he helped me change the water heater parameters, that were too low, so that there will finally be some hot water.
We were soon to be happy – there was no body soap or shampoo as promised. I contacted him again but by that time, it was already late so we took a shower using only hand soap.
Another big problem was the wi-fi, while I was trying to fix the things mentioned above – my kids wanted to use their phone & tablet, but the wi-fi signal kept breaking up every couple of minutes and was so weak, that even when you stood right next to the router – the signal wasn’t full, not to mention when you got to about 2 meters or more from it – you had no signal at all. Again, I contacted the man, and he instructed me to reset the router etc. etc. but nothing really changed.
One more point to mention – there were ants in the rooms, probably because former visitors ate in the room since there is no decent dining area.
After going to bed, troubles continued: the front door of the apartment was not soundproof whatsoever, so every time someone entered the building, it sounded as if they were inside the apartment. Sadly, during the night several people from the building came in or out, causing a lot of noise and waking us up.
It all summed up to a point that we decided to leave the apartment (for the first time in my life!) and booked us another apartment. We left the apartment after only one day, instead of four days we were supposed...
Read moreVery bad experience. We stayed there for 3 nights. The furnitures were not as good as shown in the website, and they were nearly broken, such as the water tape, the chairs were unstable. Also, there were nowhere to hang the clothes. The cleanness was also bad, the shower curtain was sticky, and some hairs were found in the bathtub when we just arrived. The only positive thing was that the owner willing to reply...
