We have stayed in these suites 3 days because the apartment is close to the ski resort. Unfortunately, the location is the only plus. There is no staff on site and any request has to be handled in Kaprun, including pick up of the key. The bathroom leaks and the beds are terrible. The cleaning is done by an outsourcing company and is very basic.
