Hotel Beach Park — Hotel in Chattogram Division

We stayed back in September 2024. My experience was overall good.

Pros: Room: The sea view couple room had an amazing view. Location: Beach park is located on the main road. Less than half a mile away from kolatoli or Sugondga beach. Very easy to find and move from the hotel to other destinations. Breakfast: They offered complimentary breakfast. Items were few but really delicious and most importantly healthy. Food: We also ordered soup and fried chicken from their green garden restaurant. The food was really delicious. Tea was also good. Service: Front desk and other staff were really helpful and with nice behaviour. Environment: Nice place for couples and family.

Cons: Washroom fittings: The washroom was really small and the fittings weren't good enough. Upon informing the reception, they fixed the issue. Fruit basket: The fruits offered were not up to the mark. They should avoid the fruit basket or improve it. Lift: They have 2 lifts available in the building. Lift 1 had a very bad odor on the 1st day. Luckily, lift 1 was not available on the second day....

Pros: Staff are friendly Complementary breakfast and fruit basket on the date of arrival. cleanliness Geyser in the bathroom Cons: I found their couple deluxe room a bit overpriced compared to the services they offer. There is no space/table for having a meal though they offer room delivery from their in-building restaurant. we had to eat on the bed and sofa. There was a shortage of service staff during our stay. We had to call multiple times on a few occasions to get room service. There is no laundry or cloth drying wire/stand/any other facilities. We had to use the balcony railing for drying our clothes. Wifi sucks big time. The speed is very poor and couldn’t use their internet at all during our stay for three nights. There is no complementary airport pick n drop service. Disappointed with My Stay – Not Worth the Price

I had high expectations for Hotel Beach Park, but unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The room was unclean, with visible dust, stains, and an overall lack of proper housekeeping. It was clear that cleanliness is not a priority here.

The room service was slow and unresponsive—I had to call multiple times for basic requests, and even then, the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. It felt like they didn’t care about guests’ comfort at all.

The food was another major letdown. It was poorly cooked, lacked flavor, and did not seem fresh. Definitely not what you would expect from a hotel in this price range.
