I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Hotel Cox Grace, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare. As a family from the UK with young children and babies, our primary concern was ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. However, our hopes were shattered when the hotel decided to turn into a nightclub at 1 am with blaring music that reverberated through the walls of our room from the roof top||Imagine trying to lull your baby to sleep while the walls are shaking from the bass of the music. It was beyond infuriating and completely unacceptable. Despite multiple complaints to the hotel manager, they displayed a shocking level of apathy and negligence. Not once did they take any action to rectify the situation or even offer a sincere apology.||The complete lack of consideration for guests' comfort and well-being is appalling. It's evident that Hotel Cox Grace prioritizes their own entertainment over the needs of their paying customers. The utter disregard for basic decency is utterly disgraceful.||I strongly urge anyone considering staying at this hotel to reconsider. Save yourself the agony and frustration. Avoid and boycott Hotel Cox Grace at all costs. There are plenty of other accommodations in the area that prioritize their guests' comfort and provide a peaceful environment for families. If anyone asks me, which hotel you prefer most in Cox's Bazar, my answer will be definitely "The Grace Cox Smart Hotel". But why? Certainly there are a lot of better hotels there both for SeaView lovers and budget hotel hunters. Most of the SeaView (original) hotels are high scale. Beside those, if you want to chose a budget star hotel with satisfactory amenities this hotel will satisfy people most. The rooms are very beautifully decorated. The room are spacious than most of the hotels. The hotel management has spend a lot of time to think about the decoration and positioning of furniture of the room. Besides, they have a very good washroom within. Very neat and clean rooms and washrooms with separate shower area. They have a very good restaurant with delicious foods to offer. Just to order a little early. They serve a good breakfast. For SeaView lovers, they have some rooms along with very beautiful Suites to choose from. I love their Suite. It's a little bit high priced but not comparing with others. They have a swimming pool and a chargeable billiard room. They have a massage chair which you can use for a payment. They have a Conference Room also. They have Ice cream and pastry zone also. To be honest, in this Pandemic, a lot of thing is not operable now. But overall, it's a beautiful hotel comparing with price. Sometimes they offer a full board...

In terms of price I would say it's quite a nice place to stay. Rooms are little too small but well decorated. Service people are excellent from the front desk to the restaurant.I was very concerned about the washroom but **washroom is one of the best feature of this hotel. **They have small indoor swimming pool. **Breakfast was good too. It costed me 3000tk for room including breakfast.

I have some observations i think hotel should look into.

If you keep extra beds outside corridor it makes the hotel look bad. 2.Rooms are not sound proofed so when someone is even talking to the next room or in corridor you can clearly hear them out. 3.you have only two parking spot and I don't feel secure to keep my car outside on road as many construction work is going around the hotel.on the right side of the hotel you can easily make another parking spot which you have wasted making a fountain. In the morning for 30 mins I waited for Ruti/paratha to get refilled as I m not a rice lover and i asked the service people for it but I still couldn't get any. Chef needs to look after refills more. 5.When a big family comes and takes several rooms in the same floor please keep the small family in different floors.
