Poushee Restaurant on Kolatoli Road is a gem for anyone seeking authentic Bengali cuisine in Cox’s Bazar. The food here is simply outstanding in taste and quality. Every dish, from their aromatic biryanis to flavorful curries and fresh seafood, is prepared with traditional techniques and the finest ingredients. It’s no wonder the restaurant has earned a strong reputation among locals and tourists alike.

However, while the food hits all the right notes, the dining environment leaves much to be desired. Despite having multiple air conditioners installed, none were turned on during my visit, making the place uncomfortably hot. With Cox’s Bazar’s humid weather, this was a significant drawback that made the experience less enjoyable.

The restaurant was also very crowded, which is a testament to its popularity, but the heat amplified the discomfort. That said, the management deserves credit for maintaining cleanliness despite the heavy foot traffic. The floors, tables, and serving areas were all up to standard, which is commendable given the number of diners.

The service was efficient, with food served promptly even during peak hours, and the staff was polite and attentive. The reasonable pricing further enhances the restaurant’s appeal, making it a great spot for a budget-friendly yet high-quality meal.

Breakfast is very good. specially vegetable. A lots items are available for breakfast which famous Bangladesh like as Soop, Nola(cows leg tube), Paia(goat's legs) etc. In lunch, Here you will get beef, chicken, vegetables, salad, different types of vortas, almost all types of sea food like koral, rupchada, loitta, hilsha, tuna, prawn etc. After main course, you can enjoy different kind of desert like pudding, faluda etc. Different type of soft drinks are also available here. Most importantly all the food are delicious and price is moderate compare to other good restaurant. It's only 1.2 km away from Cox'sbazar airport and 2.6km from Sugondha beach. If you travel to Cox'sbazar, you shouldn't miss the chance to taste the food of Poushe Hotel and Restaurant. You can go through auto rickshaw from Cox'sbazar which will cost you approximately 50-60 BDT and 80-100BDT from Sugondha beach. The space is huge inside the restaurant. They have nice facility of separate washroom for both male and female. All the employees are well behaved. Taking pictures inside the restaurant is prohibited but if you want to take some snaps, you should take permission. Overall you can enjoy a great meal here. Apart from all of these things, I have faced one issue. They don't have enough parking space which is not good for this kind of restaurant. Only for this reason I am giving them 4 out of 5. Apart from this issue, all the things are quiet awesome and you should definitely try this restaurant at least once in your life.
