First of all it should be mentioned that it's a 3 star rated hotel but to me it's far better than 3 star hotel because earlier, fortunately I stayed 4 and 5 star hotel in Dhaka so I can differentiate among them I m going to make category of service and features of hotel prime park so that anybody can decide easily. Reception : on the day I traveled to coxbazar they called me over phone at least 5 times that when I would reach in coxbazar so that they could pick me up to the hotel because I booked two rooms in their hotel earlier. When I confirmed my arrival they sent a car to pick my family up. Reception is very much praising. Management : the hotel has good management stuff, specially their service stuff is outstanding. On the last day an incident happened due to my lack of care but after informing them the way they responded and solved my problem was remarkable. But one thing I notice that those person r working in reception front desk among them most r very helpful but few r not as polite and helpful as they should be. Restaurant : the hotel has very good restaurant. The quality of their food comparatively to the price is amazing. I still feel their food taste. Room service is available in their restaurant and service boy r very polite and helpful. N.b. their complementary buffet breakfast is amazing. WiFi: lot of people mayn't use free internet but for me it was very attractive features. Although I m a heavy pack internet user but I love their WiFi free internet. Because generally free WiFi internet speed isn't up to mark but hotel prime park has very speedy wifi internet for their guest. Over all, the management and stuff of the hotel provide that much services compare to price is absolutely superb. anyone can get better service in 5 star hotel but in this price hotel prime is the best. If anybody wants to get more service in affordable price i think it may be the best hotel in coxbazar. Lastly, I wanna say that price is lower from...
Read morePrime Park Hotel is no longer the prestigious hotel it once was. Everything has changed. They show pictures of one room and then give a completely different one. When you complain, they put the blame back on the guest. There’s an old man with a beard wearing traditional pajama and panjabi sitting at the reception—his behavior is extremely rude. He treats guests very poorly. The quality of the food has also gone down significantly. It seems the ownership has changed, which probably led to a replacement of the old staff. As the management has worsened, all services have deteriorated. No one should stay at Prime Park anymore. Sitting under an umbrella on the beach is better than staying there.

Well. The room we initially chose had a lower price, but the hotel gave us a more expensive one. So, we were supposed to get some discount anyway.
Yes, you’re right. We’re satisfied with the GM’s behavior, and he handled the matter professionally. However, because of the behavior of that front desk officer, our whole day was ruined. Everyone was in a bad mood. We had planned a 2-night, 3-day stay, but the entire first day was wasted. Later, we had to spend extra money to stay at a different hotel just to recover the lost day.
We’re glad to hear that such an unprofessional person has been removed from the front desk. If he had handled the situation the way the GM did—apologizing and trying to resolve it—our day wouldn't have been ruined. I hope...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Prime Park in Cox’s Bazar, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel combines comfort, cleanliness, and quality service — all at a very reasonable price.
The rooms were spacious, neat, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the view from the balcony was a serene bonus — especially with the sea breeze in the evening.
The staff truly stood out with their warm hospitality and prompt service. Every request was handled professionally and with a friendly attitude. It made me feel right at home.
The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food, with a great mix of local and continental dishes. I particularly enjoyed their breakfast buffet — fresh, tasty, and filling.
Another big plus was the location. Hotel Prime Park is conveniently situated, just a short walk from the beach and near many shops and attractions, yet it’s peaceful enough to unwind after a busy day.
Overall, I had a wonderful time at Hotel Prime Park and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cox’s Bazar. I’m already looking forward to my next trip!
Last but not least, Do not miss the buffet breakfast! Saying again, Do...
