Location: Muscat Hotel is centrally located, making it a great option for those who want easy access to both the beach and the city’s main attractions. It’s only a short walk or a quick ride away from the beach, which is a major plus for beach lovers. There are also plenty of restaurants, shops, and local markets nearby, so it’s easy to explore the local scene.

Rooms: The rooms are fairly simple but comfortable. They are clean and equipped with basic amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a TV. However, the decor is quite basic, and some of the furniture seemed a bit worn out. The bathrooms were clean but could benefit from an update, especially with better water pressure and more modern fittings. If you're looking for luxury, this isn't the place, but it’s sufficient for a short stay.

Amenities: Muscat Hotel provides essential amenities, but don’t expect anything extravagant. The overall experience at Hotel Muscat was satisfactory, but there are several areas where the hotel can improve to provide a better experience for their guests.

Firstly, there was no filtered or complimentary drinking water provided in the room. This meant we had to call room service every time we needed water, and it was always a paid service. Additionally, the room lacked a calling bell at the front door, which was inconvenient. Unlike most regular hotels, Hotel Muscat did not provide complimentary toothbrushes or toothpaste.

For anyone planning to visit Cox's Bazar, I highly recommend staying at a hotel that offers a view. It doesn't necessarily have to be a beach view, but having some sort of view can significantly enhance your stay. Unfortunately, Hotel Muscat doesn't offer any views, making the rooms feel quite confined. Furthermore, the hotel's location is not very close to the beach, so finding accommodation within walking distance would be more convenient. Lastly, the road leading to Hotel Muscat is in poor condition, which can be quite off-putting.

Robotic behaviour of the employees will make your experience annoying They won't serve you toothpaste, water , brush. You have to pay for water. I was really really surprised when I have to pay for water. Even a 1 star hotel serve these basic things Be aware of the dirty towel( picture attached). They served me a dirty towel with bad smell. I stayed 3 nights but they didn't change the towel for a single day.
