Hotel Sams Plaza — Hotel in Chattogram Division

Hotel Sams Plaza is located in Plot # 18, Block # A Hotel Motel Zone Road, Cox's Bazar.It’s a budget Hotel for a budget friendly traveller like me.

They have different types of room category.I stayed in Deluxe AC couple and It's regular fare is 4500Tk.But they were offering 60% discount at my visit time and so they charged 1800Tk per night.I stayed one night full and other day half so my fare was 1800+1000=2800Tk.

I stayed in room number-407.Room was average, according to price.It's pretty OK.AC was working properly, there was plenty of air and light since it was in open space.There is also a balcony from where you can get plenty of natural air.Their staff's attitude is also good,they are cordial and helpful.

But their negative side is that,the bed sheets, pillow cases,bed covers were not clean.Some bad smell was coming from blankets. There is also some electricity cut out problem, when you switch on Geyser, AC,Charging port altogether the electricity cut out sometimes get disconnected.

Inspite of some demerits,I think this Hotel can be a good place to stay in for budget friendly and...

Okay so this hotel is filthy,like filthy filthy. When we got into our room, there was dust below the AC. Like why didn't they clean that up? And also there were also some mosquitos in our room,so we called the room service and came with a spray that could kill those mosquitos and they literally USED THE WHOLE SPRAY and we couldn't stay in our room for a bit.

But after all that ranting, the location is surprisingly good and the service was somewhat polite. And it was 3k tk which in my opinion is a little bit overpriced for this kind of room.

Although front desk staff were polite and the location is good, the hotel was very very filthy. Moved room but still all sheets and towels were still unchanged. Nothing had been cleaned since it first probably opened. Extremely noisy; other guests and traffic noise. Windows and doors don't block any sound. Not up to any standard and definitely not 'plaza' worthy. Nasty room, Air conditioner was faulty. As a customer if you say something their reply will be very aggressive and rude. If you do not find any hotel in cox bazar to stay... Then stay in street instead staying Sams...
