Iqra Beach Hotel – Disappointing Stay

My experience at Iqra Beach Hotel was unfortunately not what I had hoped for. Despite its promising location near the beach, several issues detracted from my overall experience.

Room Condition The room I stayed in was not well-maintained. There were cleanliness issues, including dirty linens and dust in the corners. The bathroom had plumbing problems, with a leaky faucet and inadequate water pressure, which made for an uncomfortable stay. The furnishings were outdated and did not match the expectations set by the hotel’s promotional materials.

Service Quality The service at Iqra Beach Hotel left much to be desired. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive, leading to long waits for assistance. When I requested help with a maintenance issue, it took a considerable amount of time before anyone addressed my concerns. Overall, the service felt indifferent, which added to the frustration of my stay.

Dining Experience The dining options at the hotel were also disappointing. The breakfast offered limited choices and was often served cold. The quality of the food was below average, lacking the flavor and freshness one would expect from a beachfront hotel. It felt like the dining experience was an afterthought rather than a highlight of the stay.

Overall Experience Overall, my stay at Iqra Beach Hotel was disappointing due to the combination of poor room conditions, inadequate service, and subpar dining options. While the location is a definite plus, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. I hope that management takes these issues seriously and works towards improving the overall guest experience...

I was there with my spanish girlfriend in 9th and 10th September. We were very disappointed about the receptionist working there . His name is Sakil . Second night he called me at 1.30 am and he was saying that he is police officer and he is calling from the police station. He was asking lot of personal information. Then he was asking the Facebook id and Whats app number of my girlfriend . When he was talking to me , I could hear the sound and I understood , someone is talking with me from downstairs. Then I went to the reception , and I saw its not police , it's the receptionist. When I was asking him , why did he call me , he was afraid and he was saying it was not him . I went back my room to bring my mobile to call in that number . In that time he switched off the mobile and took out the SIM from his MOBILE. I complained about this to the manager next morning and he gave the number of director and gm of the hotel yo contact with them . I called the director , I told him everything. But he didn't care much . My girlfriend wanted to inform this to police but I stoped her cause I don't want to send jail for this incident . Hotel is nice and there has some nice staff . But because of Sakil , I'm really pissed off in my holiday . Management should terminate him . We are good hearted people that's why didn't make big trouble . I could tell this police high commission and spain embassy too , to take action against him and...

This hotel can be one of the worst hotel comparing the price. I paid 9000 for 3 night on off season which is pretty high for a 2 star hotel like this. Nothing worked properly. The front desk man's behaviour wasn’t good, the rooms are quite big but the washroom is probably the worst and dirty i have seen. The TV wasn’t working on our room. There was no telephone. The trashcan was full of bad smelly trash. They didn’t gave us wifi or water and we even had to ask for tissue paper. Too much noise from the road you cant sleep properly. Funny thing the Fan wasn’t Working at all and the AC turns of by itself after some time. We stayed there for a night and left the next morning even though paid for 3 day.
