Hotel Grand Usman — Hotel in Sylhet Division

My family stayed here for 2 nights 3 days in December 2021.

First of all their CONSTRUCTION ISN'T COMPLETE , the lift is still being installed, yet they opened their hotel. We got 2 rooms on the 6th floor, which was a hassle to get up to via the staircase. It will probably take a few months before the lift is complete.

Secondly their bathrooms DIDN'T HAVE A GEYSER. Can you imagine a hotel room WITHOUT HOT WATER in the WINTER ? A literal joke of a service only to guzzle up people's money.

The bathroom tiles were slippery, my mom slipped and hurt her head and torso.

Room service was meh. They complained when we brought outside food to eat in the room.

Overall I'll whole heartedly tell people to avoid this place, use your hard earned money on some other hotel....

We were on a study tour in Sylhet. Our group had 43 peoples. Stayed there for 2 nights. The rooms were really clean & the bathroom was great. Beds are very large & comfy.
