we arrived at 4 a.m. at the hostel and were just glad about a bed. the receptionist explained us that because of the fact that it's already 4 a.m. he will give us a discount of 100 bolivianos, so that we would pay for a double only 260 instead of 360 for two nights (actually one and a half). so far so good - actually very kind commitment of the hotel. at the checkout we've been suprisingly told that we have to pay the full 360 bolivianos and that the (well noticed!!) of the hotel stuff TO US offered price does not count?!?! for my opinion an absolut nogo and a very bad style. ||||to the hotel itself: for us it was a temporary solution as everyhting was booked out and our favored hostel was only available two days later. the two nights were alright but for that money you can get really much better places. the rooms smell moldy and look old and puffy. the breakfast is really poor (hard bread with jam and butter + instant coffee). a good thing was the wifi which was fast enough for skype. I wouldn't go there ever again, because Sucre has so much nice and cheaper...
