I am not one to stay writing reviews complaining, but I feel this review is needed, as I dont think its fair that customers are given misleading information. I booked this studio apartment for my two week stay in Sao Paolo. On Booking.com it says that keys are to be picked from reception, so one would assume that it has something to do with a hotel. The room is indeed inside a hotel however on our arrival we were told that we have nothing to do with hotel as we have booked with a separate owner (BHomes).
We were immediately told that if we required anything we need to get in touch with the person we booked with. The moment we got in the room the realized that the toilet was wobbly, the hairdryer was not stuck with the wall and the sofa leg was broken. Very minor things but we instantly advised the person we booked with about this. Their reply to this was if it’s possible for a maintenance person to come and fix them whilst we are not in the room. I wasn’t comfortable with this and said so.
When we came to use the safe, we found it without any batteries. Since I really needed to use it, I sent another message to them saying so. Their reply was that the safe was not for guests!!!!! Than why have a safe in the room in the first place.
After our first night we then realized that the duvet, which was yellowish in colour, had no cover. It had a sheet yes on top and at the bottom, but not a cover. When you sleep at night, the sheets immediately get tangled into one another so you are practically sleeping with a duvet without any cover. A duvet which has been used by many others before me, without being washed, because we all know that duvets are not washed and it’s very unlikely that duvets are taken to dry clean after every booking. I found this to be extremely unhygienic. I complained and I was told there is nothing to be done. They do not provide duvet covers which I found so absurd and again unhygienic. After four days of messaging back and forth, we were told that we will be getting a new duvet, which to our surprise also came without a cover.
I then asked about their cleaning policy, as it then came to mind that we were told that we do not form part of the hotel. To our surprise we were told that cleaning services comes at an extra charge. If we also wanted a change of towels we had to pay extra for them. I never came across something like this in my travel journeys. Cleaning is part of the room, and at least if we do not have cleaning we are at least provided with cleaning material. We had nothing in the room. No broom, no spade, nothing. Apart from that the extra cleaning charge was never mentioned in the description. Cleaning costs 180RS.
Communicating has been a nightmare. I ask something and get a reply on something completely different.
The number of messages I sent during my stay is an absolute joke. Trying to communicate in simple English language was not on the table. After numerous complaints, I was told that I will be getting a refund, which until this day I still haven’t received.
Then comes the bed. Don't be fooled by the pictures online as I know that it looks comfortable. However it is completely the opposite. I was waking up by 3am and not managaing to sleep again due to the back ache I had with this mattress and this made the two of us.
We had breakfast at the hotel the first morning when we arrived at the hotel. This was payable extra but unfortunately the quality of food was extremely disappointing.It was the first and last time we set foot at their restaurant Mondo Pane.
In our last night our toilet paper ran out and went down to the hotel reception asking for a roll pf toilet paper and to our disbelief we were denied this because we do not form part of the hotel. What a joke.
Well to top of our two week stay in this room, we are extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. BHomes need to seriously look into their housekeeping policies and clearly improve their customer service whilst investing in normal...

Fiquei hospedado no apartamento gerido pela BHomy no prédio VN Humberto I Residencial, na Vila Mariana, e, apesar da localização privilegiada e da decoração agradável, minha estadia foi marcada por diversos contratempos que comprometeram completamente minha experiência.
Acesso e Check-in: um desastre! Realizei o check-in através do link recebido, que direcionava para a plataforma 360 Suítes. Após preencher os dados e da minha esposa, a plataforma retornou a confirmação de que estava tudo certo. Informei na reserva que chegaria por volta das 22h, mas cheguei ao prédio às 22h45 e, ao tentar acessar o local com a facial, não consegui. Como o prédio possui portaria física, o porteiro me liberou para o hall de entrada, e informei que minha reserva era para a unidade 1002B. O porteiro, ao verificar o sistema da portaria, constatou que minhas informações não estavam registradas para o acesso via facial. Imediatamente acionei o suporte da 360 Suítes, que me informou que o atendimento seria feito pela BHomy. Tentei então entrar em contato com o suporte da BHomy por telefone e WhatsApp, mas fiquei mais de 30 minutos em espera na linha sem atendimento, e no WhatsApp recebi uma resposta padrão após 45 minutos, sem nenhuma solução. Após um longo período de espera, e já exausto de um dia de trabalho e viagem, fiquei na portaria sem nenhum suporte da BHomy. Felizmente, depois de muita conversa com o porteiro e uma ligação para a unidade (que estava vazia), conseguiram me liberar o acesso por volta da meia-noite. A BHomy entrou em contato comigo pelo WhatsApp apenas após a 1h da manhã, sem qualquer solução para o problema. Durante toda minha estadia, meu acesso ao prédio foi dificultado, com a facial bloqueada e os dados não atualizados na portaria.
Banheiro em péssimas condições Após conseguir finalmente acessar a unidade, percebi que o banheiro apresentava sérios problemas. O vaso sanitário estava com defeito na caixa acoplada, causando um desperdício de água. Relatei imediatamente à BHomy, que apenas informou que as manutenções acontecem de segunda a sexta-feira, após minha estadia. Além disso, os metais do banheiro estavam soltos, incluindo a barra no boxe, o que poderia resultar em acidentes. O ralo do banho também estava entupido, causando alagamento na área, o que fazia o boxe vazar para o restante do banheiro. Havia ainda mofos visíveis nos rejuntes e nas paredes. O pior de tudo foi não poder utilizar o vaso sanitário de forma correta para descarga, o que é inaceitável em qualquer tipo de hospedagem.
Qualidade do sono comprometida A cama era extremamente dura, parecendo um tablado de madeira, com um mísero travesseiro, tornando-a desconfortável. Acordei com torcicolos e dores pelo corpo nos dois dias em que estive hospedado. Esse tipo de conforto está completamente fora dos padrões aceitáveis de uma hospedagem. Além disso, um apito insuportável vindo do alarme de fumaça soava a cada dois minutos, indicando que a bateria estava no fim. Uma simples vistoria no imóvel antes da chegada de um hóspede poderia ter resolvido esse problema. Acabei tendo que retirar o equipamento e desligá-lo para conseguir dormir.
Internet e suporte ineficiente A senha da internet informada na plataforma de reserva não funcionava, o que me impediu de utilizar a conexão para o meu trabalho. O suporte da BHomy respondeu que entraria em contato com a fornecedora de internet, mas o problema nunca foi resolvido.
Diante de todos esses problemas, posso afirmar com certeza: nunca mais me hospedarei em imóveis geridos pela BHomy. A falta de suporte, a ausência de manutenção adequada e os contratempos durante minha estadia tornam essa experiência totalmente insatisfatória. A única coisa que posso destacar é a localização e a decoração do apartamento, mas esses fatores não são suficientes para compensar os graves problemas...

The place was not clean The sheet that covers the mattress has no elastic so the mattress is exposed which is unpleasant and not hygienic We arrived at 7:00am on the check in day left our luggage and asked them if the room was ready if we could check in early since we were traveling for more than three days and wanted to take a shower to my meeting at 15:30pm, they told us it was not possible because there was a check out, we arrived again to the hotel before 15:00pm to see if we could check in and even though the room was ready it was really hard for them to authorize us to check in early.
