Blue Tree Premium Verbo Divino — Hotel in Região Imediata de São Paulo

Blue Tree Verbo Divino has an excellent location for business, with lots of amenities. ||Spacious and comfortable rooms, very clean. The hotel is not brand new, but I don't think it is due to renovation yet.||||Staff is friendly. Check-in was fine, although there was a little glitch with our bill. It seems that the integration bookings.com and the hotel have some corners to polish: we arrived after midnight, which confused the system, and resulted in an almost double charge. Luckily, we were able to detect that and solve it during checkout.||||I wished the reservation system would be more clear regarding fitting more than 3 people in each room. We are a family of 4, and we needed to book two rooms (only option available in bookings.com or in the hotel website). But the rooms are spacious enough to fit 4.||||However, even booking two rooms, the rates were pretty competitive. Blue Tree Verbo Divino had better rates than any nearby Ibis, and cheaper than the Blue Tree Morumbi.||||Buffet breakfast is very good although some items could use some better ingredients (thinking calabrese sausage and the hot dogs, which were way too salty).||||We liked the fact that there is a cab stop right in front of the hotel - it makes a lot of commuting easier if you are not driving (note: depending on where you go and when, cabs are better alternatives than Uber because they can ride on the reserved Bus Lanes (it's like a carpool lane for buses and cabs) and may save you some traffic time.||||Morumbi Shopping is a 10/15 minutes Uber Drive.||||We liked our stay and the rates were decent and would stay again depending on conditions. Me hospedei com a minha namorada no Blue Tree Verbo Divino durante 4 dias, portanto posso dar uma avaliação bem detalhada. Pontos positivos: O café da manhã é de fato tudo o que falam. Existe uma variedade imensa de opções, para todos os gostos e a comida é de alta qualidade. O quarto que ficamos também era muito aconchegante e satisfatório. A localização, para quem está viajando a trabalho, também é excelente.

Pontos negativos: Ficamos hospedadas 4 dias e durante os 4 dias a piscina do hotel esteve suja! Cheia de bichos e com uma espuma estranha, não tivemos nem coragem de entrar. O ar condicionado dos quartos é extremamente antigo, não resfria bem e nem existe a opção de aquecimento, ou seja, você vai precisar se virar! O hotel é claramente comercial, mas em lugar algum encontra-se essa informação. Em NENHUM lugar se diz que esse hotel é para trabalho, ou seja, sem a informação você busca por turismo e fica completamente deslocado. E é por isso que eu chego no pior ponto de todos: o atendimento. Os funcionários, por algum motivo, leram a mim e a minha namorada como "pobres" ou abaixo do padrão de cliente do hotel. Automaticamente fomos distratadas, desrespeitadas e debochadas durante TODA a nossa estadia. O pessoal do restaurante e da recepção são ridiculamente sem educação! Claro que existem boas exceções, como as camareiras e seguranças, mas sinceramente, foi desgastante! Você paga caro por uma acomodação e conforto, porém parece que você está pedindo um favor! Pedi uma colher para a recepção e meu pedido simplesmente nunca foi atendido. Não recebi NENHUM tipo de informação sobre o hotel, inclusive descobrimos que havia academia no último dia, e mesmo assim não recebemos atendimento. Se você for uma pessoa pobre, não vá! Se você for uma pessoa rica, deixe BEM CLARO que você tem dinheiro, caso contrário você só será tratado mal durante toda a sua estádia!

Minha avaliação seria no mínimo 4 estrelas, pois o hotel não é o melhor do mundo, mas é sim bom! Porém me forço a dar três estrelas por conta do descaso da equipe e falta de manutenção do hotel. To start with the positives, the service from check-in to check- out was faultless; friendly, attentive and quick. The room was VERY large with a small balcony (standing only) and all the (limited) amenities worked. Great location in the heart of the business district and a few small shops near by if you forget anything I.e. phone charger, bottle of water, etc. The hotel itself though is in desperate need of facelift.
