The hotel is very nice and conveniently located, 5-7 min walk to Gondola, close to the number of supermarkets and ski shops. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. We booked the apartment with the fireplace and it was the great choice, the apartment was quite spacious with equipped kitchen and two balconies. The hotel has sauna, jacuzzi and massage cabinet. There are a verity of massages and facials and the procedures quality was very good. The owners of the hotel, as well as the whole staff members, were very welcoming, nice and really cared that we had good vacation! We participated in the New Year celebration in the hotel’s restaurant - the celebration was very nice: well organized, with the performance of the local dancing group and music, disco, verity of food and drinks, lottery for the guests. The hotel team members did everything they could to make the celebration enjoyable and fun! The hotel owners were very friendly and really cared about the experience we had during the stay. We booked the reservation for one night at last minute after landing late, they were helpful at the beginning, the location is great and the place is affordable . In the morning no one was at the reception, and we left to the Skii area and we tried calling them few times inquire about the check out since we’re in the skii area at the mountain.. no answer . Therefore we went down the skii at around 3 pm , our room card didn’t work… we found new guests in the room and the room was already reserved ! With All our luggages ( that weren’t even ready !!!) collected with all our stuff from the room and moved to the reception!!!!! Never even happened in my whole life nor any other country! Not to mention checking us without our knowledge ,It’s even illegal to touch someone’s stuff in a hotel room not to mention collecting it and moving it out ! The receptionist had only one response “ we had a reservation for tonight .. if u have a problem call the police !”. Would never recommend it again no matter what . Big shame and so...

Where do I begin? This was the most bizzarre experience of my life. I actually feel a bit bad writing this as the staff were all SUPER nice and respectful, however, I came here for a massage and was told that I was too thin and needed to eat (fine its clearly a cultural thing). My entire body was massaged in half an hour not 50 mins with one hand. The entire time I felt as if she was in a rush. When she finished she had me just “relax” (lay there) till the time passed and then she made herself a cup of tea while I “relaxed”. They kept dragging the beds around and spoke throughout the entire thing. Finally at the end we were wiped down with kitchen roll and I still have oil all over me.
