We had a problem with breakfast ( we didnt know that one room dosent have breakfast included because we booked in a rush and a lot to read ) and the manager gavr us free breakfast for that specific room and for that 5/5 from me, very nice lady. Location is preety good. Overall the rooms are ok and if you keep in mind the price, it is preety decent. We had some little inconveniences. We had 2 rooms, one of them had a broken AC unit that worked well for 3/5 days and we didnt quite observe the error until day 4 into the night( we were wondering why the AC keeps tetting less strong) and we just announced the girl at the desk about it and that's it. Secind problem, dont lift up the beds ( it's quite a mess under ). 3rd problem, in one room, if you shower for more than 5/10 minutes, water will rise up from the other sinkhole ( located near the toilet ) or leak from the sides of the shower, and surprise surprise you have your own private pool inside your bathroom. 4th. Room cleaning in the rooms was quite poorly made. We had sand and tissues in our rooms that we observed present 3/4 days in a row. Sand was a problem because we were at the beach daily ( and we tried to make as less sand as we could ) and from one day to another ut was still in the same spots. I made a reservation with breakfast included. The gentleman at the hotel reception said that breakfast was not included. Even though we showed the reservation confirmation on the application, he said that if we wanted to have breakfast we would have to pay an additional fee. Paying extra for breakfast is not a problem, but the feeling of being defrauded is not pleasant for a guest coming for holiday. .The toilet was not clean. We had to clean the toilet ourselves. There is no elevator in the hotel. We had to carry the heavy suitcases up 3 floors ourselves because there was no attendant to help us. Parking is paid. We checked into the hotel at 16:00. I paid the fee and was given a parking voucher. It said on the receipt that it was valid for 24 hours. We stated that we wanted to remove the vehicle from the parking lot around 13.00-13.30, which is the check-out time the next day. However, I was told in a somewhat rude manner that the hotel's policy is that the vehicle leaves at 12:00. However, this information was not given to us upon arrival at the hotel. Both on the parking ticket and on the sign at the entrance to the parking lot, it was written as 15 BGN for 24 hours. We had difficulty sleeping because of the sound of a machine constantly running loudly on the upper floor of the duplex room

I have some mixed feelings about the place, with the positives outweighing a little the negatives. The location is excellent, near most major sites of Sunny Beach. It's a little bit noisy though. My first interaction with the personnel was negative - there was a problem with my reservation and the guy at the reception did not behave very professionally. Ultimately, however, he called the manager and they found a solution, even provided a bigger room as a compensation. The other people from the staff were friendly and nice. The room was relatively clean, but there was some strange moldy odour that just did not go away. The place appeared to be a spawning place for cockroaches though, so I found some little ones in the bathroom (not their parents, luckily). Not recommended for elderly people because there is no elevator. Overall, not bad, considering the location and price - despite the drawbacks I had a...
