Hotel Orbita — Hotel in Varna

We bought vouchers for Hotel Orbita from Grabo after prior confirmation from the hotel that they have rooms available. After purchasing the vouchers, we called again to confirm that we would go. The receptionist confirmed that there was no problem with the accommodation and the room availability for us. The next day, upon arrival at the hotel, it turned out that they had no vacancies and could not accommodate us. Extremely rude and arrogant attitude on the part of the receptionist, who even kicked us out of the hotel. When we asked to talk to the hotel manager, we were told that they had no right to provide the phone and to disturb the manager! However, from the voucher in Grabo we found the phone number of the manager, who did not help us in any way. She even turned off his phone when she realized what a mistake they had made and left us on the street in the middle of the night. They did not offer us alternative accommodation, but with all their impudence told us that our vouchers were valid and that we could use them another time. I have never received a more unprofessional attitude. And this hotel is connected with the owner of the chain of restaurants HAPPY! Do not trust this hotel if you want to have a relaxing holiday! Do not be misled that the property belongs to HAPPY, no attitude to the client, no alternative to help or compensation. They didn't even want to give us their refusal to accommodate us in writing, they didn't even want to say their names, they just smiled mockingly at us. From the moment we arrived at Hotel Orbita in Varna, we were warmly welcomed by a radiant and lovely young lady at the front desk. We were very tired from our flight and asked if it was possible to check in early. Although there were no available rooms of our type at that early hour, she did everything she could to make us feel comfortable and allow us to rest after the long journey. We are truly grateful for her kindness and effort! The hotel is in the fantastic location - right in the city center, close to the sea, museums restaurants, and the beautiful Sea Garden. I have not stayed neither would ever based on the first impression and conversation with the extremely unwelcoming and straight up rude receptionist. Utterly unacceptable tone of communication (I had been mislead in my search for location and just entered the hotel with simple question). This is absurd for a person in tourism. If the hotel management is reading this: it would be in your best favore to advice your receptionist on basics or change her with a friendlier persona.
