Never have I ever stayed in a hotel room as awful as at the Hotel Sor. Pictures and videos are worth thousands of words. In addition to the sink’s plumbing issues. In case the video won’t load, the faucet did not extend past the counter causing water to run all over the floor. I could not wash my face or brush my teeth in the sink. The shower (2’x2’) flowed over the lip flooding the floor. The shower soap container was empty. When I hung up my towel, the hook fell to the ground. Read moreI booked a night at this hotel, but on the day of arrival almost 7 PM, I was informed that there was a system issue and that they could no longer honor the price of my reservation. I was asked to cancel the booking, despite explaining that I had already traveled all day, was nearby, and that most other hotels were fully booked. The staff showed no concern and simply told me to resolve the matter with Booking.com. In my view, this was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate behavior, especially given that the situation was not my fault. For the night staying at the hotel, i was woke up by noise at the front door, (maybe due to its poor sound proof walls) it seems like someone is trying to enter the room. i was so scared that i woke up several times, couldnt really sleep well. i left a plastic bag with my clothing in the room and went out, when i came back, the room has gone through cleaning, but was half done (bed sheet removed, pillows put aside, etc).
