This is more of Cantonese style food with a Cambodian flavour. This place is frequented by the elite or well to do from Cambodia and Cambodian ex-pat. People are creatures of habit. The bread comes with enough meat slices if you order half a bread.. when you order a whole bread, you just get more bread and still the same half bread amount of meat.
