I stayed here for a few nights with alot of family and initially liked the hotel for the spacious room size, the cleanliness and most of all reasonable prices.||||This all changed when I left my nail polish on the table one morning and my partner walked into our room to find 3 of the cleaners sitting around in the room with one using my nail polish. My partner went downstairs to notify the reception staff about the incident who didnt seem to think the incident was a big deal and told him that they would tell the cleaners to not do it again. As soon as I found out about the incident I was furious that their staff members would behave in such an unprofessional manner and I went downstairs to speak to the reception staff about it. I was shocked at the behaviour of the two ladies at the reception as I explained how furious I was about the incident. The two ladies at reception said that the cleaners had been told to not do it again and were just laughing as I began to express my frustration at the incident. I demanded to speak to management and was handed a mobile phone to speak to a man who says he is the manager. He apologised and asked the cleaners to come down to apologise also.||||Besides the cheap rate, I wouldnt really recommend this hotel. The two women at the reception were rude and the cleaners were highly unprofessional. I would definitely NOT stay at this hotel again, even though its cheap. So if you dont want the cleaners snooping through your belongings, sitting on your bed and chatting away while they're meant to be cleaning, and be greeted by rude unprofessional staff while you complain, I would recommend you stay away from this hotel. ||||Also, the hotel's restaurant served a dish that came with bread. We ordered this dish like 3-4 times and they never had bread. It seemed if you order bread after breakfast, they ran out. The prices for the dishes weren't that cheap either and the food wasnt too great. ||||Very unprofessional staff, I would NOT...
Read moreIm not sure what was the type of the room I was staying in, but it came with two single beds. The room and the bathroom attached was spacious enough to accomodate up to four person. And it was clean. In fact, I noticed most of the places (and also the washroom) I visited around Siem Reap and Phnom Penh was clean.|| ||Upon checking into the room, the first that I noticed was the lighting. The lighting in the room was not enough, making it quite dark even after all the lights are switched on.||Eventhough the bathroom was clean but the flooring was slippery when it's wet. Water heater was provided but the water pressure was really weak when the warm water is in use. It would be better if just use the cold water.|||| The location of this hotel was quite convenient. There was always a few tuk-tuk standby infront of the hotel and distance to town is probably 10minutes drive away. There was a restaurant with the same name as the hotel located right next to the hotel. And there was a local pharmarcy two doors away from the hotel.||||Staffs at the reception counter can only speak very little english. I had trouble requesting for new towel. However their attitude towards customers was very good.||||Overall experience at the hotel was only average but it was definitely...
Read moreBy witnessing a full car park that fronts the hotel during the two nights when I was there last week, I knew that the hotel is a local favourite. What I like best about it is the breakfast at the restaurant right next to the hotel. I had a bowl of thin rice noodles in pork broth with bits of minced pork, pig liver, bean sprouts and it was great! But be cautioned, I was there at 7.30 am on Day 2 and the restaurant was already packed; I had to share a table with a local couple but the service was fast.||||My room was on the 3rd floor but there was a lift and so, luggage was not an issue. The room was large enough, and the flat screen TV had enough English channels to keep me updated on world events. ||||There is also a Chinese restaurant right across the hotel just in case anyone got tired...
