My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights while visiting all the Temples around town. Our stay was awesome, we stayed on the first floor room at mid of the building and had a small outdoor area with access to the swimming pool. We both thought that was an excellent room! We stayed in the privilege rooms building.

Room was very nice, clean and quit. It’s cleaned everyday if you need it. Together with our stay we got 2 free coupons for drinks and 30m foot massages, used both of them. Massage place is located very close and is very good! We got some other massages there besides the free ones, and it was good! (Schedule via hotel front desk)

The pool is 62 feet /18 meters long, clean water and actually good for some lap swimming, also if you will stay for some time here, maybe bring some floats to float around, should be nice, I have tried to buy some but could not find anything for adults size, only children.

This hotel has a free breakfast which is very nice, just enough to get you going in the morning:)

You can schedule any tour of any temples via hotel front desk, they have a detailed schedule and recommended places, just ask for it.

The staff of hotel is very polite and are happy to help in any way.

Overall great experience, very much...

We stayed at the Ladear for two nights in a king room with pool access. I can’t help but feel disappointed.

When we booked we were told there would be complimentary airport pick up, a complimentary cocktail on arrival and a complimentary 30 minute foot massage. We didn’t get a single one of these things. Apparently the airport has moved and they can no longer offer transfers but the website has still not been updated to reflect this. We therefore had to pay $35 for a taxi. If I’d have known in advance I would have booked one of the other accommodations who were offering this for free.

The pool area was nice and the hotel is in a good location with a short walk into the town, but the rooms were tired. The pictures in the website gallery paint them in a much nicer light. The air conditioning didn’t get very cold. The safe in the room was unusable as it had previously been drilled open. The breakfast was very basic. The shower was tepid at best and quite discoloured. There was also quite a lot of road noise and loud music playing nearby at night.

Overall, not worth it for the price considering it wasn’t cheap for...

The hotel offers great value for money and is conveniently located just 5 minutes away from Pub Street and various restaurants. One notable feature is the presence of two pools – a shallow one and a deeper one in the backyard, which I find appealing. However, it's worth mentioning that the hotel lacks an elevator, so guests need to carry their belongings themselves or seek assistance from the hotel staff, especially if they have heavy items. Individuals with knee problems are advised to book a room on the ground floor.

While the breakfast menu is satisfactory for short stays, including items like bread, toasts, sausages, eggs for Western preferences, and fried rice with veggies for those inclined towards Asian cuisine, the other menus at the hotel's restaurant are not recommended. It's suggested to explore dining options outside the hotel for better meals.

Despite the absence of a satisfactory restaurant menu, the spacious rooms and good service contribute positively to the overall experience. Therefore, I have given the hotel a 4-star rating...

One of the best hotels I’ve ever had the privilege of staying in. Staff were so so friendly and welcoming, room was a great size, great facilities, lovey pool and breakfast included. Not only that, but they had a free tuk tuk service from the airport on arrival, a welcome drink and then vouchers for a free cocktail and free 30 minute foot massage. Reception are also able to help out with booking the activities Siem Reap has to offer, they also prepared us a breakfast box for when we did saw Angkor Wat by sunrise, and went out of their way to help in any way they could. Wifi was a bit weak in the room, but worked absolutely fine around the pool, restaurant, bar and reception area. Was also able to use one of the tuk tuk to go to the bus station, which only cost $3. This is the place to stay in Siem Reap.
