We did not have as a horrible experience as others but I think we were given one of the better rooms on the 2nd floor (but that's still a below avg room compared with chain budget hotels). Older heating/AC unit which work okay, only 1 set of towels and 1 toilet paper in the room for 2 people (we did ask for a 2nd roll of toilet paper and the gentleman was nice about giving us another), light bulb missing from one of the lamps, fridge worked, in room microwave, older TV. Furniture was dated with wear and tear, but functional. Bed was actually comfortable. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the room was barely average. So to sum this all up... I would not stay here again because of quality issues, but it worked for us as a one nighter to be close to our event the next early morning. If you have stayed at a Super8 or Motel6 before, the Bolton Inn doesn't even come close to them in quality or service. This a a one nighter motel and only if you have no other reasonable choices. Stay on the 2nd floor and ask to be as far away as possible from the smoking rooms.

Do not stay at this hotel. My fiancé and I needed a hotel quickly and came across the Bolton inn. Big mistake. Hotel room was FILTHY and there were bed bugs EVERYWHERE. There was NO way we could sleep in that bed, not to mention we got a room where the tv didn’t work at all.. come 11:00, we went to talk to the person working there and ask for our money back ( we came with an abundance of evidence) and the best he could offer us was partial refund. Oh and this gentleman showed up at 11:30 not 11:00. I asked to speak with his boss or some sort of manager, anyone in charge and he simply flat out refused to let us talk to anyone above him. 10 out of 10, do not recommend. Do yourself a favour and do not stay there!

I stayed here one night. Horrendous. Room 101. Window was completely smashed out. Outlet on the wall looked burnt. No garbage can. Toilet not secured to the floor. No lamp shade. My friends room 111 had no knobs on the heat/ac unit, bathroom ceiling hanging off, inner part of door jam was falling apart, and the mattress looked like something had been rotting on it. Worst motel I've ever stayed at.

My husband stayed here in April while working in Bolton he was in room 107. It was the most disgusting room I've ever seen, and we've stayed in some questionable places but this o e takes the cake! Where do I begin? We'll start with the major safety violation, the non working smoke alarm that was literally hanging off the ceiling with the wires cut and also hanging out of it. I would also like to add I have pictures to prove all of my claims. The window frames were dripping with what I suspect is nicotine since it is a smoking room but still, the heater/air conditioning unit looked like it had been through WWIII and never mind its filter lying on the floor under it caked in 2 inches of dust and cobwebs that also adorned the wall around it! Holes in the walls, burns in the carpets, black spots on the ceilings, walls havent been washed in years, toilet paper holder falling off the wall, electrical outlets look burned, and the smell!!! OMG the smell!!! The whole time my husband stayed here which was a while he had to ask for towels as they were never refreshed upon the last time asking for towels he was informed byone of the cleaning ladies thatthey were advised not to give him towels or clean his room make him ask and it was evident the sheets were never changed either, Wow what a way to treat your customers! I should also add that my husband had worked out a weekly rate with the owner as many other guys staying there did as well, seemed he liked some more than others. I wish I knew how to post pics then I wouldn't have to waste my time typing! The sign in the room shows a price of $99/daily for 1 person I wouldnt stay here if they paid...

My wife, myself and my daughter were down for a family trip. We stayed at albion hills campground originally to save money. After the first night and massive rainstorm we needed to find a hotel at 930 pm. Everywhere was booked. I got Karan on the phone explained our situation. He said if I could get there right away, he'd set me up with a room. He was very friendly and easy to deal with, he charged me 105 (was a little high but I needed a room) and I tipped him 10 bucks. He set us up in room 212 which was to be a double. When we got in the room, it was horrible. Floor was sticky, room had holes in the walls etc. And it was rank, sheets were dirty. He had given me his cell so I texted him saying room was only a single, he came right away despite being after hours. He set us up in room 202, I braced myself for the worst. The room was tidy, floors clean, sheets acceptable. I thanked him and we got a decent night's sleep. My only complaint about this new room was that the ac didn't work, and it was a little hot. But better than a wet tent. Although I would say rooms need to be cleaned more regularly, I didn't find the staff member rude, he was very polite and accommodating. ...

Booked a night here for our return home after vacation so we didn't need to do all of the driving in one day. Upon arrival, we found belligerent men in the parking lot who were seemingly yelling at each other, facilities that looked as though they were last cleaned 5 years ago, and rooms that aren't even worth half of what you pay for them even if you got it for a month at that price. Upon telling the desk clerk that we just plain did not feel safe or welcome staying here, we were told that he couldn't do anything about it, which is fine, but we expected at least a little bit of a refund, not for them to still charge us for the entire night. Do yourself a favour, pay the extra $30 and stay somewhere nicer than this dump. Unless you like the grungy scene, likely drug deals and imminent brawls right outside your room, and probable bed bug infestations and some form of bodily fluids on your sheets, this isn't the place for you. They likely wouldn't still be running if it wasn't evident that most rooms are used for adulterous visits or a front for a drug deal or...
