Guac Mexi Grill — Restaurant in Caledon

This place sucks. I been here a handful of times and everytime I try to give it the benefit of doubt but last time I’m coming here.

Everytime I go in I ask for a vegan bowl and the lady can’t hear me. And as I’m ordering a vegan bowl. Most people understand, it doesn’t contain meat so they usually put a little extra beans or rice but they never do here. They also skimp on lettuce and the other toppings. This place is also more expensive than any other guac I have been too and they don’t give you free guacamole when you order a vegan bowl - so they’re liars or there employees just don’t know what they are doing. This place is also freezing and has the employee has no emotions - doesn’t even smile. Not a good experience...

I know what Mexican food is all about and this place shouldn't advertise as fresh and authentic Mexican food. Is misleading! Anyway; Decided to try with my friend and we both were very much disappointed. To started with bad customer service from this two indian girls that don't know how to explain the menu, to served tacos with flour tortilla that was uncooked and chewy. Salsas. Nothing Mexican about them! Girl decided to sweep the floor when we sat down to eat. Place was empty when we enter and why she didn't do this before or after we had left.
