Shawarma Box Bolton — Restaurant in Caledon

Only been here two times. Service seemed lazy, the food was decent though. On my 2and and final visit, I tried to order One Shawarma box. Woman behind the counter was confusing to talk to, she attempted to take 3 orders at the same time it was hard to tell witch one of us she was talking to at any one time. By the end of the transaction I noticed my bill was twice what I was expecting and she tried to hand me two boxes of food. I attempted to ask for a refund but her reply was "to bad I thought you wanted two, I asked you multiple times and you said yes". The only thing I said "yes" to was if I wanted sauce at no point did I request more then one box. I assumed the 2and box was for one of the other 2 customers she was dealing with at the same time while watching her prepare it. In the end I left the unwanted product on the counter and issued for a chargeback from the bank. This is horrible customer service if not criminal theft. Will not order from...

My first time to this place, my son suggested going here because he tried a different location and loved it. The lady that took orders was great and damn fast. I really wanted to like this place but the Shawarma meat was really dry and wasn't enough sauce the onions are sliiced so thick and big that the bites with onions were a turn off i had to digg in and pull them out. I think it could have tasted great if it wasn't for those things which are the main ingredients. The Cleanliness wasn't that good either. The tables still had peoples garbage left on it, didn't make me feel comfortable for us to stay. Ate in car instead. Just suggestions to the owner to have thinner sliced onions, try not to over cook meat and for someone to clean tables, there isn't alot of them to clean shouldn't take much time. Thank you. Maybe i will give it a try one more time...

A friend and I decided to check out this location just to see what the commotion was about. The staff and owner were very nice and accommodating giving us a mixed chicken and steak on rice for the same price as 1 just so we could try both. We also both got shawarma wraps to get the whole experience. Still my review will remain unbiased.

The chicken and steak on rocks along with extra sauce were amazing quality and I will definitely be going back again for it. Currently the best chicken on rice I've tried since osmows quality has declined.

The wraps however were a bit dry. I would have either compensated e it the more sauce or less dry meat

I will definitely be going back to this place to give the wraps another shot.
