Reviews from past should get deleted! This motel has a friendly manager and old reviews are affecting the hard work and great ideas people still have in this world! Having a business of our own here is our opinion on our experience. The front desk reception and staff needs to go, customer service skills 0 star.
We dialed the contact number for motel on the front door, as it was diferent from the one we called earlier.... Natali came to greet us. We had been traveling all day and we were extremely tired, and it was late! As we were checking in i couldn't find my credit card (panic!!) it was not my only payment method we were simply tracking the cost of our mini get away on that card...she was so kind and empathic, she simply told us to bring in our stuff, walked us to our room which gave me the home sweet home feeling right away, i found my card in my back pocket!!!...she gave us a few minutes came back with the terminal and we completed our check in from our room! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Asked us if there was anything specific we needed during our stay, gave us the best service we had had in a long time! Loved her sense of humor thanks for the laugh it was much needed! :) Having read the past reviews i ask if i could see other rooms in the morning! Loved every room i saw. What a great unique idea she is working on. Very creative and original. Hope to see her next time. We loved our room, very clean, a few rooms with carpet,TV, microwave & fridge with wifi. We had a patio door we sat outside relaxed a little, very peaceful. We slept extremely well. The beds are comfortable, would go back anytime short or long stay we enjoy our stay. Great service, clean, affordable 25 min from Ottawa. Thanks again for the great service!! The married couple from...
Read moreI've come to appreciate Restauparc as a constant in my travels—a place where each room tells its own story, and change is the only constant. It's a motel that has gracefully weathered the ebb and flow of guests and reviews, always emerging with new charms.
I've perused the tapestry of reviews and see my own experiences reflected in them. Guests like Mel A. capture the essence of Restauparc's transformation—where every corner now offers a clean, comfortable haven, a testament to the meticulous efforts of the staff. Natali, with her warmth and attentiveness, personifies the motel's renewed spirit, offering a bespoke welcome that makes each visit memorable.
Yet, life's imperfections do not elude Restauparc, as some reviews note. Service glitches and the occasional oversight remind us that this is a place in progress, a place earnestly evolving. I've encountered minor issues myself, like a Wi-Fi hiccup, but found them swiftly resolved, leaving me with little to dwell on but the comfort of my stay.
In this charming motel, it's the human element—the earnest attempts to improve, the responsive warmth of the staff, and the quiet dedication to guest comfort—that resonates with me most. The journey of Restauparc is one of continual growth, and as a guest, I feel woven into its fabric.
For those contemplating a stay here, I extend a warm invitation to witness this evolution firsthand. Restauparc isn't just a motel; it's a narrative of progress, a space where every guest becomes a part of its unfolding story—a story that I, Nicholas, am delighted to...
Read moreArrived at about 8pm to find a sign instructing us to go register at the PetroCan. Come to find one poor lady trying to deal with gas bar customers and take our reservation, meanwhile the card maker was in a different building. She had no choice but to ask us a) if we could wait another half hour for shift change, or b) to watch the store while she went to get the machine. We watched the store. Comes back with machine, a little more chaos, get our keys, not for the right room. Try all the door on the floor, key opens a different door of an unmade room. Back down to the gas bar. New key, after a wait due to gas bar customers, back up to the room - |Fridge not plugged, temp control not on (during the hottest summer on record), no cushion on the chair, used toiletries in the bathroom, no coffee maker (but convenient Starbucks attached to hotel), no microwave, not enough towels for two people-my sister used a hand towel, that I took from another room that wasn’t locked, for her shower. For $150+ I expected a little more. I guess the toilet worked okay🤔.|Horrible experience after a full day of driving. Go the extra few minutes to a...
