Burger King — Restaurant in Casselman

The manager working on June 1 2025 was the most unprofessional woman I have come across. Our fries were not cooked all the way through and we had ordered them well done to begin with. When we asked for them to be refunded or remade she THREW them from across the kitchen into the garbage can and yelled at as. She did not want to provide a refund and made a scene with a full line if customers. She yelled from the back of the kitchen after dealing with us. A manager should be able to provide an example to their staff and be able to deal with escalations without physically throwing food or screaming at the top of her lungs. Some of the fries were still frozen when i bit into them and she wasn't understanding the well-done order we had made - this would have ensured they would have been fully cooked if made to order like we specified. The chicken burgers were wet, and had clearly been sitting there for too long. I've had these sandwiches in many other locations and they didn't bend like a noodle. Truly disgusting food.

I haven't even touched my food and I'm leaving this review. I'm not normally one to leave bad reviews even when service or food is awful because I do not like to hurt businesses but this falls directly on management and ownership. Not the staff.

I place a mobile order and waited for 25 minutes without any sign of my food being started. The mobile order was missed. Okay fine, accidents happen. It was fixed quickly and the staff were fine. Minimum wage minimum effort. I do not blame them.

My gripe with the situation is that there were two people working. It is lunch time on boxing day in a burger king that has 6 people in line and a busy drive through. My assumption is that ownership didn't want to pay any extra to have normal staff on. Instead of saving a couple bucks properly staff your business. Won't be coming back to hassle your staff or line your greedy pockets.

Food is as expected. Can't wait to enjoy it somewhere...

My wife and I have visited the Burger King in Casselman Ontario we both ordered a couple of burgers and some fries and a drink neither of us could get past two bites in the food before we felt nauseous to our stomach it is the most disgusting food and dirtiest atmosphere I think we have ever experienced in a fast food restaurant which we expect. None of the staff seem like they want to be there we both watched as they continuously kicked garbage and food out of sight from the customers on the floor in the kitchen the gentleman running the cash with the light blue shirt on was most ignorant son of a gun I think I've ever met my life we ended up throwing out our entire tray of food and went to the KFC right beside it. We will never return to that...
