Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Casselman

Oh what can I say about going to Casselman it's my hometown. I love going there so many memories. Everytime I go at this specific Tim Hortons I always have golden customer service.

Peach Quencher is my fave I dont drink coffee but my mom does.

Whenever i go there a little blond girl with big brown eyes name Carolanne serve me with a huge smile and a sweet voice she is always kind,compassionate you see that she loves what she does and everytime i go there i give this team 5 or 10$ of tip they deserve it 100% it's not easy as what people think to work in a fast pace environement.. Im saying that because i've seen negative comments they deserves credit for what they do all day. Here in Vankleekhill and Hawkesbury at the Tim Hortons they need more staff like Carolanne all over Prescott Russell Stormont Dundas I think i can say that Guylaine is one nice employee that has been working for the franchise 18+ years and Cindy in L'Orignal, but they are rare very rare the consistency of a great customer service is very rare. Consistency is what will make the people come back.. I heard also so many good comments from people i know in the Casselman area in regards to Carolanne. Keep it up babygirl!! Keep up the good work!! Where thereis a will there is always a way. I love you...

Sat March 4th 2023 3:40pm Earlier today I came through (1:30pm) drive thru and had my order taken and it was reflected on the screen perfectly, I'm not sure how but the bacon was missed on two bagels. Very disappointed but called and manager said they'd comp it next time. Flash forward to opening up my doughnuts and 6 are what I asked for, 6 are wrong and upon calling I was argued with about having a receipt. I drove back with my newborn 20 minutes to get the correct donuts because I'm sensitive to the glaze and couldn't eat any of the 12 in my box. When I showed up the manager literally tossed the box at my partner and was shooing the box with the wrong donuts away. She kept cutting us off when we were trying to explain that there's an allergy involved and didn't want to keep the other donuts and saying have a good day and still shooing with her hand until she finally just let the window slam and she walked away. RUDE. My partner works for another local Tim Hortons and we only came to this location due to the variety of bagels offered. Short fat girl with glasses and older woman with dark hair...

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing staff at the Tim Hortons in Casselman tonight (around 10:55 PM). The younger gentleman at the window and the older lady were absolutely fantastic! Their service was friendly and welcoming, which made for a great interaction before starting my night shift. Please let them know they’re doing an excellent job!

I’m making the effort to write this review because, unfortunately, this level of service isn’t always the case. For example, last night, the skinny man at the window was extremely rude and miserable. I understand that night shifts can be tough—trust me, I do them myself—but that doesn’t excuse having a bad attitude and being impolite to customers.
