Back with an other edit: the last 3 times I've been was greatly improved, until today, when I completed my order isinde the location, this "cook" named Johnathan thought it was an amazing idea to use cleaner on a peice of equipment, heard the order bell, proceed to WIPE HIS HANDS WITH THE VERY DIRTY RAG HE WAS CLEANING THE STATION WITH, AND PROCEDED WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS OR EVEN PUTTING ON GLOVES ! I know right? Imagine if I did not catch him, better yet, when I told the cashier about it, Mr Johnathan had the AUDACITY to smirk, roll his shoulders as if doing proper food handling was too much of an inconvenience for him. I'm glad I decided to go in, had I not, I would have never known, and probably would have gotten sick. No manager was on site (apparently out doing a delivery) Seems like a constant free for all when I get there, so no wonder proper food handling procedures are overlooked. Disgusting.
Back with an other edit: online ordering ? Convenient and fast you say? It's amazing how much this location gets away with. Nothing is ever on time. Always missing something, and should we even start talking about their drive through and how much if mess it is? Google needs to give the option for no stars as that's all this location deserves.
Imagine waittong 30 minutes in a drive threw for them to completely mess up your order, forget items, and give you cold gravy. If that's appealing to you, this is the perfect place for you. Oh don't forget the dash of entitlement from the staff, with a side order of rude-ness, with the arrogance of asking for a tip after all of the that. These guys are rotten. Can't even wear a mask properly on top of that. Avoid this st Hubert at all cost, unless you enjoy being disappointed everytime...

Tonight we placed an order for the Texas Chicken Breast at the cost of $17 and instead was given a chicken leg with french fries. This has been the common theme every time I order from here and it's disappointing that there are always errors in every order. Constantly errors in orders and still they ask for an automatic tip option on their machine, to which is highly unprofessional especially for that of a fast food place.
Unfortunately because this is a common theme and involves the customer constantly having to rip everything apart to ensure accuracy has been done before even leaving the parking lot, with a huge lack in customer service, I can't give more...

They had a new guy on the grill (he wasn't used to working alone, you could tell) & he inadvertently grabbed fries from an area that was NOT safe but Valerie asked him if they were GF & I confirmed where he took them from, she swiftly went to the back to correct him, assist him in learning why it was SO important to have the controls & got me safe food. She was really kind & let me practice my French with her. Thanks again Valerie! We all make mistakes, it's how they're handled that mattered.
