Subway — Restaurant in Casselman

About half an hour ago, my family and I went to go get dinner at this location All three of us got a foot-long each everything was great except For the one sandwich artist, I can’t name him mainly because he had no name tag, but that’s probably why none of them wear one, Anyways, the whole time he was off in his own place Just want to rush everything and get it done. It was completely distracted by everybody else in the store talking while he was trying to make my sub I caught him Twice burning his fingers because he was not paying attention the entire time he gave nothing but dirty looks and poor service (Not to mention my sub that ended up being mostly vegetable and sauce because he couldn’t put a decent amount of cheese or meat on it) . I really hope this young man understands If he wants to be working the food industry, especially in the service part That he should have a nice demeanour and try to be helpful instead of trying to rush people, and if he doesn’t, maybe this isn’t the...

Usually when we go we have the same 2 ladies serving us and they are AMAZING! Super friendly, so sweet, really really great experience everytime they're there.

Today when I went in there were new people working. One of the girls couldn't have hated her job more than she did. She looked like she was ready to punch someone or cry. Her attitude was so terrible that I even asked her if she was ok. She took off to the back as I was waiting to get my subs made and the cashier had to call her back. Let's just say she was NOT happy about it. She literally threw the subs together and acted like it was a complete inconvenience. I had the audacity to ask for something that needed a refill and that just was an ordeal.

Julian was high as a kite, Connor looked at a customer and said he pretty much didnt know anything, they left my boyfriends sub in for 5 mins in the oven, aswell Connor had the subs falling apart and when the ingredients fell onto the table he just put them back into the sub and pretended he didnt.
